The CAG tokens will be movable a day after the main sale ends. This will be the 17th of October.

The reason we do not allow people to move them around now is to prevent secondary selling during the actual sale.

Change doesn’t require a banking license to operate. This is because Change is essentially an app store of properly licensed fintech companies and it merely aggregates services offered by them to the customers.

In the longer run, as stated in the whitepaper, we are aiming for a banking license at a global financial hub, the selection of which will largely depend on the country we have most users from.
