Добрый день! Токен, в нашем случае, это и право на обратный выкуп и, соответственно, возможность получить сырье в обмен на токен. Также, каждый держатель Токена имеет возможность стать учредителем компании и принять участие в ее работе.
Вот это уже интересно. Каким количеством токенов нужно владеть, чтобы стать учредителем компании "Первая ГОК"? Каким образом будет юридически оформлено соучредительство? Токены держателя при этом будут сожжены, или они по прежнему будут участвовать в обратном выкупе на общих основаниях? Добрый день! По российской практике, доля менее 5% в компании никому не интересна. Если такая сумма слишком велика, то можно создать "пул" из друзей и знакомых, а затем назначить одного вашего представителя в компании.. При получении доли Токены должны быть возвращены. Если вы выводите большую сумму не проще открыть ИП на месяц , уплатить эти налоги 6(10)% со всеми комиссиями. Я понимаю что жадность не имеет границ и отдавать свое не кто не любит. Но есть поговорка про налоговую, заплати налог и спи спокойно!
если вы будете выводить фиат то вам же придут с заграничного счета деньги, как вы это объясните и банку и налоговой? Уважаемый, будьте внимательнее, человек написал про это весьма понятно: создать ИП(Индивидуальный предприниматель, Россия, как понял), с открытием оф. счета(-ов), получением средств по оф. договору(контракту, инвойсу и т.д.) и уплатой налоговых обязательств. Все элементарно. Совсем другое дело под какой род деятельности это подвести, чтобы у контролирующих органов не было сомнений, что эти деньги не получены преступным путем, или с целью отмывания, или для финансирования терроризма. Отличный план за одним минусом, который вы указали-источник происхождения средств. Это самое главное для налоговой. Если у вас ИП и вдруг с 10 мин. Руб, то нужны бумаги.. Вот это мы и можем сделать.. А операции на рынке криптовалют не учитываются т.к. никак не регламентированы)) Отсюда и возник вопрос, кто виноват.и что делать)) Есть несколько вариантов для достаточно больших сумм, от 1 мин. Знаете, сейчас такое время, что крипту лучше вообще никак не светить. Особенно в свете последних событий с держателями более менее значительных сумм в биткойне. Лучше или через зарубежные сервисы наличить, либо через оффшоры проводить. За копейки, конечно, не будут пытать, а вот с крупных сумм "возбудятся" везде, хоть в Украине, хоть в Беларуси, хоть в России.
Если не светить, то зачем тогда крипта нужна? Только тешить себя иллюзией, что много денег?)) Есть легальные способы, все проверено.. В РФ точно.
