The list I have so far for healthcare blockchain platforms: 1. Bowhead Health (AHT) First medical device using the blockchain to communicate vitamin levels to doctors. 5. Patientory (PTOY)Blockchain solution to connecting existing EMR systems with one another and to patients. Everybody, look for MedCredits (MEDX)! This project is best in healthcare field. Using blockchain for smart contract and payment between patient/doctor in telemedicine. This team understand blockchain very well and build project with very smart use-case! Came across there guys and they are doing a soft launch www.biotechintel.com this is the 1st that I have seen targeting the pharmaceutical industry and overall concept and idea sounds solid to me. Interesting and ambitious project targeting drug pricing and discovery. However, I have yet to see a direct benefit of the use of blockchain in the context of that project, a normal database could work just as well. Exciting project nonetheless. Yes, I read white paper now first time. I laugh because word "blockchain" use 9 times in paper but never explain WHY need blockchain. All it say is "enhanced using blockchain". This project have no use for blockchain. Project much better with normal database. Token also with no use. Remember community: project that need blockchain is because it need consensus, maybe payment, maybe trust of 2 ppl doing transaction. These important feature of blockchain tech that good project MUST have. Otherwise project is scam trying to get money from ICO investor and just using big words so sound smart. |

Why this project no prove that bowhead device is working before taking money from investors?
You say you make device AND use blockchain but we do not see device to even work first.
This project saying: we build project to talk to aliens and now we use blockchain. But we no know if aliens exist!
I wait to see if bowhead device work and after proof to me I will give money. But I know it is 1 year before we know IF device working

tough market... highly regulated and where payments need to go through a 3rd party: your health insurance (which also negociates prices). PTOY is already implanted on this segment as well, with a team of healthcare experts and a real use case: the patient file on the chain. I'll miss this MEDX ICO gladly... I read about only healthcare ICO and MEDX best so far. Read white paper...first market to be "fee-for-service". They have plan. Also, many many countries without health insurance. why this project need blockchain and what neuron token do?
This project has same problem as Bowhead health. You not prove that technology even work before trying to use blockchain.
AI chatbot not used in medicine right now because technology not good yet. Please, you must prove to ICO investor that AI chatbot work before taking money.

Hospitals are already signing up with Patientory.
It means PTOY is going to be 10$ soon.
So if not 100% hospitals sign on we never get all EMRs talking to each other?? Patientory only connecting hospitals that agree...we never get to 100% and solve the problem. Patientory creating centralized solution to problem that requires decentralized solution  Maybe yes, but there is also the option of private insurance companies wanting to protect data only of their insured clients and only share it with its net of hospital. Also you can have different EMR's using protocols that allow their interconectability. I think that this is not a game of first one gets all, various blockchain healthcare startups are going to have their option. Just my thoughts. What you mean that insurance company protect data? In PTOY the patient has private key to data and give it to insurance company. I think maybe PTOY not helping to connect all EMRs because like I say, it require 100% hospitals agree and this never happen in real world. Also like you say, EMR companies already making deals and already talking to each other to connect and do not need PTOY. I read white paper again to make sure. Please PTOY dev help me understand? If goal of PTOY to connect all EMRs...this never happen? |

I think patientory is first project and has money from that but it is not smart project. This is untrue. Patientory (PTOY) has Frenesa Hall, MD as an advisor. Patientory is a niche project that looks very promising. I believe some niche cryptocurrencies will likely survive in the long run. I say on team. We don't ever know what an advisor will contribute. I think not much. But primary problem with Patientory is blockchain not useful for data storage. Blockchain very slow and expensive to store large data. I read the white paper many times now but never buy PTOY. CEO to me does not understand blockchain when she speaks in interviews. She speak about privacy on blockchain...this does not make sense! I think maybe it sound cool. "Healthcare on the blockchain" but as computer scientist it is not making sense. Blockchain useful to make consensus, to make transparency and to make trustlessness. All good projects have these uses. Blockchain BAD use is for storing large data. |

You are asking for too much. 1000x is something very very rarely happens in cryptomarket. Anyways denta and bowhead are nice little 2 project I expect to do the moon. 3x-10x. Not suggestion, just my thought.
I do not agree. I spent many weeks trying to read on every new ICO. Then I make hypothesis: Healthcare is biggest industry with no big ICO yet. Now I only search healthcare ICO. Healthcare is many trillion dollars, will be easy 1000x if good project. My plan to put 10k into 5-6 different healthcare ICO. So far I read about 4 ICO. I don't like 3 and I think Patientory not smart. So far I like MedCredits very much. Maybe I put first 10k to MedCredits. I read whole MedCredits white paper. Very smart. Please some community discuss because 10k a lot to me!! |

Thank you for starting good thread. I started own thread but this list all ICOs. My English not good but I am serious to discuss.
I read about Patientory, Medibond, Bowhead and Medcredits.
Right now I am very excited about Medcredits and say: Medcredits >> Patientory > Bowhead >> Medibond
Medcredits team only team with real doctors. I read about team and they come from best medical school in USA - Columbia University. They very smart idea to use telemedicine. Medcredits will use blockchain for real medical uses. Potential is very very big if successful. I watch them closely as ICO not happened yet and this is very big opportunity. I think 1000X profits in 5 year.

Bowhead talking about personalized health but my reading is that personalized health is for DNA/genomics. They keep talking about vitamins and supplements. This is not what personalized health means. Also they make device that we don't even know if works. I think make device first and then do ICO!
Medibond look like scam. Too short white paper. Idea does not make sense. Team look like 4 developers from India who probably not doing anything.

Yes, I have hypothesis: healthcare ICO is easiest way to find 1000x profits
Reason #1: Healthcare is multi-trillion dollar industry that not touched yet by ICO
Reason #2: very easy to research since not many projects in healthcare. I spent many hours to research ICOs and too many to read about. I choose to research only healthcare because less competition and guaranteed massive profits.
So far I only see 4 ICO - 1) Patientory 2) Bowhead Health 3) Medibond -> already finished. I watch the development very closely to see if I should buy. So far not convinced.
4) Medcredits is new future ICO which I research now. Team has many real doctors and good plan to use telemedicine. I think very different from other 3. I watch it very closely as ICO will be announced soon.
My background is computer science. Please if community helps we will find ICO that makes huge profits. Opinions on Medcredits please?

Healthcare industry many trillion dollars but not many projects. I think amazing healthcare ICO is guaranteed to make many profits. Looking for 1000x profits it will for sure be in a healthcare ICO...make it easy to search among so many ICO.
I do some research and find Bowhead Health, Medcredits, Medibond and Patientory.
Please let us discuss with community and find easy project to make easy $$$!

This project either scam or dev very stupid. Blockchain is very bad to store data. Large data not possible to store on Blockchain. Also blockchain is opposite of private. All transactions is visible to everybody. This is what makes it a blockchain.
Do research before buying scam coin. We have many years projects figuring out decentralized data storage. siacoin, storjcoin, file coin figure out solutions to this problem. Factom project exist because blockchain is very bad at storing large data.
Trust me, I have masters in computer science. Or don't trust me and do research yourself.
Use case for blockchain is always to allow 2 ppl to trust each other with payment using smart contract. Not data storage.
Thank you very much, amir24, to register in this forum only to FUD about a coin. As we have not a master in computer science, oh, only a master, you should be PhD, we need your experienced advice to take a decision about the coin. Intermediately dumping all my Ptoy and any other token or coin not related with payment using smart contract. We, the BCT community, love you so much  I only am thinking how this coin will really work. Maybe you make money from trading and I am happy. But in long term please explain project fundamentals. How blockchain will store so much medical records. many terabytes of data. We know this is not possible. I warn long term investors who maybe do not understand Ethereum very well. But like I said, everyone can do research if they don't trust me. I don't brag about masters degree, but I understand ethereum very well. I won't respond any more because I don't mean to be troll.
