The demo will be on the website shortly so anyone can try it out.

In the demo a purchase order is created by the buyer in the form of a smart contract added to the blockchain.
The buyer signs the purchase order and makes the payment in ether.
The seller receives notification of the purchase order, counter signs it and the funds are released by the smart contract.
The IPFS address of both the buyer and seller's ledgers are recorded on the smart contract along with details of the transaction.

We will have our own bespoke blockchain.
We did consider using ethereum but due to scalability issues we decided it would be a good fit.

We have structured it this way to offer incentives to investors to invest early.
Early investors can earn upto 18% in bonus coins and will benefit from the fizcoin price increasing during the ICO as each round progresses.
