61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think HODL is bad for your health? on: March 23, 2018, 04:51:45 PM
It's not healthy as you will add a lots of stress while seeing the bearish market, better to stay away if you really have some trust with your holdings,
trading always have ups and downs so before starting dealing with this activity, better to assure yourself that you already got a lots of knowledge
and patience to proceed, like what many said never to look when the market is falling to avoid doing mistakes and loses your investment.

Hodling is still a lot better for your health compared to daytrading. You dont need to stare at your screen 24/7 because that is how market is working 24/7. By hodling, you just need to find a good entry point and check it only once or twice a week. That is better for your health. Buy and forget, when it is cheaper buy more and forget again
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: March 23, 2018, 04:49:13 PM

Of course they will continue to feed negativity about bitcoin to the public, after all they're getting paid and they have to protect the interest of the one who pays them, it may be the Government, Influential People, or even The Banks but one thing is for sure they will do their best to destabilize everything who gets in their way not just Bitcoin.

They will do anything in order to get paid a good amount. If by posting some goodnews on crypto doesnt give them any money to their pocket why should they do it? LOL
Other than that, negative news always takes more attention and spread faster. That is a better publication
63  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [DISKUSI]Market Mulai Membaik? Setelah G20 Mengakui Crypto Sebagai Asset. on: March 22, 2018, 03:54:02 PM

64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POW tokens : Frequently asked questions on: March 21, 2018, 05:54:48 PM
It was said to be February the bridge will be finished but still we have no more info yet until now. But to be among the first who received billions of tokens must feel great! I hope it will have a really good functionality later on. The idea is good enough to get attention and I expect the team could really deliver it
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Mining vs Buying on: March 19, 2018, 03:17:32 PM
I suggest you invest money to buy bitcoin than mine it. Mining is a very complicated work and you need to set up a lot if system. You can be profitable in mining if the electricity in your area is cheap. For now, it was said that mining is just breakeven so really, you wont gain so much with it, now that bitcoin is down. If you buy bitcoin now, its cheap so this is the best time to buy

Pretty much sum up the real problem. I can even say mining is only profitable if you have free electricity in your home. Other than that, it really takes a long time for a break even. Maintenance and emergency maintenance are not included, the cost will be even higher with those costs added. But the pros with mining is, when you think your miner is no longer profitable for you you can cut loss or selling your secondhand equipment Grin
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year will be Red? on: March 18, 2018, 04:18:16 PM
Today, the entire crypto-market is extra large, and everyone can buy crypto worldwide, as long as you have access to the internet. When is see & hear about 15years old kids holding Ethereum in their Coinbase account, I’m realizing than this criptocurrency will go a lot, lot bigger.

Nice insight Grin
We have even a lot less than $1 trillion now! There is still a lot of room to grow. Even Apple marketcap is bigger than whole crypto with $900b, and currently we are only at $300b. With hundreds of company under blockchain, we deserve to reach hundreds of trillions of market cap I believe

When there is a red, there will be a green. Just wait for the time Grin
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: March 18, 2018, 04:15:08 PM
Everybody uses bitcoin because of its benefits. It has many advantages that many people desperately need. When you withdraw money from regular workplaces online, the bank will keep your money for a few days. Similarly, international bank transfers can take quite a long time. Bitcoin transactions, however, are much faster.

Pretty much. Other than that, most of us are fed up with monopoly of banks. How huge their profits are and some of them have like very bad services. Even in my country, there is some limit for your bank account, in case you have more money than the limit (Less then $100k, forgot how much exactly) then the government has the right to check your account. I mean, what the hell Angry
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: March 18, 2018, 08:52:49 AM
I started my newbie's way on this forum. It was easier for me than for you, because my friend who brought me to this forum helped me.

Lucky you. I learn everything about crypto by myself including this forum. It was a long way to learn all this but better slow but sure than instant but knowing nothing in reality Grin
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are Your Greatest Fears As a Bitcoin Holder? on: March 17, 2018, 02:03:04 PM
My greatest fear as a bitcoin holder is im so afraid if one day suddenly bitcoin is broken and bitcoin is worthless and replaced by another coin. so that will make the bitcoin holders will be sad because of loss.

Very scary bro, I hope it does not happen any time soon. Other than that, I am afraid to sell my bitcoin cheap in case I need emergency fund. I really dont want that. I will hold as long as I could or until I see the price good enough not like current price
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: March 17, 2018, 09:16:09 AM
No, wrong, there are women in this industry and not just guys. They are also interested in this, only that mostly are males since we want to be financially stable or probably a father who is looking for ways to earn more.

Besides, who cares about it if you are a male or female, what is important is you are interested in bitcoin and the rest, leave it all in real life.

Not exactly agree. Women dont want to be financially stable? Not really.
Women are just into another type of thing like culinary, make up, etc. Technology since centuries ago was occupied by men mostly, nothing weird about that. The way you say it is discriminating women in general, I am a man btw
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: March 17, 2018, 07:30:24 AM
Long-term investors do not trade. So there is no need to keep coins in the stock market. The wallet is safer and should be kept in your wallet. If you do make trading, keep them in exchanges and online wallets Smiley

I dont think so, even long term hodler needs to swing trade sometimes
I personally keep my coins in both wallets, small amount in exchanges for trading purposes and the rest in hardware wallet
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will banks start a war against bitcoin on: March 17, 2018, 06:41:38 AM
banks already start war against bitcoin but it not big like media war on bitcoin and cryptocurrency now everyone is waiting fir crypto price to get back to december price and leave crypto trading

How about ripple shit coin? A coin owned by a bank? Pleaseee
Perhaps banks will start a real war when they feel threatened, more likely when crypto market cap reaches tens of trillions or even hundreds of trillions
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: March 16, 2018, 09:48:26 AM
If you have where to live then now is the time to buy bitcoin and I would have done the same if I had 2 roofs over my head.

LOL cannot agree more
Unfortunately I dont even have a house yet to be sold to buy bitcoin Undecided
But still, selling a house to go all in for bitcoin is something I called excessive. Just invest some amount you are comfortable to lose
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Offline Wallets Vs Online Wallets on: March 16, 2018, 06:28:25 AM
Well, the wallet you decide to use is entirely your choice based on convenience. Hardware wallets are however more secure and convenient as they guarantee the safety of your coins, Online wallets maybe prone to hackers especially if one gets careless with their private key

You have a very high activity number but only a member rank haha

But yeah, you need to use wallet based on your needs. If you need it to trade then keeping it in an online wallet is fine. But you still need to have your own hardware walletnto keep your other investment. Only keep  small amount of your asset in online wallet. Too risky to save your asset in an online wallet
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of my friends still think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi on: March 15, 2018, 04:04:23 PM
For sure your friends were misinformed about bitcoin but all I can say it's that the loss is their for not believing in such a grand project

Let them deny things they dont understand, it is a human nature. It is not your responsibility either to convince them into bitcoin. They have their own choice of investment I believe, just compare your earning and theirs later LOL
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: March 15, 2018, 04:01:36 PM
I love how it creates a innovation which can give a huge impact to the world. Withoutnit we will stuck with wire transfer and paypal which wiill charge us like huge percents of commissions. Other than that, decentralization and transparency ate really what we need now
Better safe than sorry kan. Gara2 musim airdrop2 kemaren jd email2 kita dipake buat scamming
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: March 15, 2018, 09:19:39 AM
My plan is to get as much BTC as  i can so i can secure my family's future,i am going to help my family to get what their needs, and to open some  farming business in our time because in cryptocurrencies it is possible to get millions out of small investments we just need to do a lot of research to find these golden tickets

I do too. I want to cash out to open my own business, but before that happens come this big crash Cry
I hope it will recover soon enough to realize my plan of having my own business
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without Bitcoin, Life Will Be Boring! on: March 14, 2018, 04:14:30 PM
For me, if bitcoin will ban all over the world i am so sad because 80% of my time is only for bitcoin so i think if bitcoin will gone I'm always be lonely, bitcoin gives me all i need like my daily needs and they help me to improve my future life so hope that bitcoin will never end.

Then you also need to prepare for something like Plan B in case bitcoin fails Grin
I personally do not expect that, but some Plan B and C even D is always nice to have. But in the next few years atleast I still believe bitcoin will still exist and being even bigger
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: March 14, 2018, 04:10:54 PM
Even the island country has reached this point, but it is better for the crypto world that some more developed country would do it!!

Agree with this. Developing countries such Philippines is a nice addition to crypto adopters, but adoption from developed countries will be much better for crypto itself. But small progress is still a good progress I believe, nothing is wasted. Lets just keep in believing and good things will come to those who wait
