Alts price is very much depends on Bitcoin, maybe alts are traded mostly with bitcoin. So if btc goes up alts goes up and if btc goes down alts goes down, but bitcoin is relatively slow mover than altcoins. So if it goes up little, alts go up in double pace and vice versa unless BTC goes on parabolic like this past winter.

I agree with you that social media bounty, twitter and facebook campaign, is becoming oversaturated. There are lots and lots of people joining social medial bounty. I have had recently had one social media bounty where my allocation is 0.05% of total stakes which equals to $7-8 worth of token or something that is equals to working for free. I hope more and more people will be disappointed with outcome and will leave doing social medial bounties leaving the serious bounty hunter to earn some respectable amount in bounty program.

If you thought of throw in money and never check in BTC might be safest among other traditional methods. There is no 100% safe guarantee in anything but you can say it is more safe than others.

That is the beauty of bitcoin and blockchain and it is still on developmental stage. And the people are still complaining of high fees and more time for confirmation. I know blockchain will rock.

I don't think this Facebook ban liftoff news will make any good in market because the ban did not fell the market down. Previously, they said so but it was overall the market sentiment that sent the market down.

There are coins which pay you gas for holding the tokens like Neo as well as there are token which will airdrop tokens for holding their tokens like trade.io. You can do little research on it and can earn free tokens.

I hope so. The first half of this year has been bearish and i hope the second half of the year will be more bullish after all these sellers are fatigued. This around 6k support has been tested thrice but could not break it. So therefore more bullish sentiments will spread and will rise in 2nd half of this year.

I think BTC price has bottomed. It is retesting the lows which will give us a curve sized shape in chart in few weeks or may be months which will change the momentum and change the market's sentiments into bullish. The first half of 2018 is bearish and now 2nd half will be bullish I hope.

Definitely ICO is the main source for all the tokens. For good ones, if you get it into ICO, your gain will be multiplied by much higher number. Just like ICX, it never came down 15x from ICO. There are many more. But if you get into bad tokens in ICO, you will be in much loss just like there are many tokens that are not up to even 0.10x from ICO.

The main reason of bitcoin fall is that it has grown so fast and so far in a short period of time that people are thinking does it really worth it or not. And also after such peak, it needs to rest a little bit until the next lot of motivated buyers comes into market. They will eventually come once they realize the the price of bitcoin has fallen so much and potential of blockchain.

It depends on when they bought. If they bought at 20K then they are the most foolish right now, but if they bought at 6k as of now, they are not foolish. The people who bought on 20k will be less foolish in the long term just like people who bought on 1.1K back in 2013. They were the most foolish at that time when it dips to as low as $160, but as of now they were not such foolish. The reason is everybody could not get BTC in $5 back in 2011-12. So, buying the tip is foolish for time being but buying the dip is smart. Let the fruit ripe. It takes whole year to rip the next lot of fruit in the tree. I mean patience is the key.

It depends on people how they take it. If they think this massive dip is a loss then the game is really over for them they cannot take it anymore. If they thought enough dip occurred and now is time to go up and hodl then bitcoin is for them. If you cannot do quick trade then hodl it for long term, but do not say the world is over.

I agree with you. Knowledge is foundation. With basic knowledge and understanding on your token and its project, you won't have to panic sell when there is FUD. It will boost your confidence to stay in this market.

Bitcoin is totally a new concept and is very different than traditional methods of payment/currencies. Bitcoins runs on math and is decentralized but traditional money is centralized and is controlled by government. It is difficult to understand how it works in the beginning but as you get used to it, it will become simple.

At this point, I would say yes. Bitcoin is now bottoming and at this stage selling in panic is stupid. If one should sell they had to have while 13-14k is not holding. Now is buying time.

the most important thing to improve in bitcoin is transaction speed which I think Lightening Network will provide. There are other factors such as sharding but the Lightening Network is most awaited.
