From my experience, if you want to survive and keep your capital intact over the bear market, stay away from derivatives trade. Since the market is in bear time come under heavy volatility, the risk from derivatives trade increases to very high. Nope, not good for the long run. If superpowers like China and US were less reliant on each other, the whole world become more fragile.
