Конечно очень грустная ситуация получается с данной биржей. Сам сижу и жду верификацию, но воз и ныне там.
Использую пока биржу Йобит. 

На счет 3-х фоток я не в курсе. При прохождении регистрации просит лист паспорта с фотографией (там дата рождения, ФИО, ФИО на латинице на белой полосе - которой у меня не оказалось  ) смежный лист вроде не нужен (там где выдан, кем и прочее) и собственно файл с твоей фотографией.
Скан либо фото, значения не имеет. (Главное чтобы бликов не было на местах пропечатки данных)
 Вот весь список предоставляемых документов.

Отправлял разными файлами, т.к. смотрел перед отправкой видео на ютубе по регистрации. Фоткал и документ и себя с разницей минут 10.
Никаких бумажек не надо.
