I'd put half of it in BTC, 1/4 ETH and rest into some top 10 alts like NEO, IOTA, XMR + some into a low cap shitcoin and look at the portfolio after a year.

Are they worth buying and holding ?
ICO = Initial Coin Offering. You can buy coins/tokens before they are on the markets. Problem is, some of them never reach markets - devs take the invested money and disappear or the coin never has any value. Some coins are good, but you never know before they hit the markets if they will be valuable. Very high risk. |

I expect ARK, SNT and DGB to at least double during this year.

Regarding the price, I don't think we can expect much from altcoins in general before the Bitcoin fork.

What is your timeframe? Lisk will go 30x in a year or two starting when the SDK is released! Isn't Lisk overpriced already? What happened lately? All my friends were crying because that coin act like a dead mouse. Well what can I tell you,your friends couldnt be more wrong, they are probably te ones who thought the same for Ethereum in 2015. Touché!  |

DNT DNT DNT is around 800 satoshi+- at time of posting Name bazaar most likely this month, once name bazaar out, expect it to hit back to the ATH of 6k satoshi  I wish! I'm one of the HODLers. I think it will rise but it will take much longer. |

After carefully studying at least 25 different altcoins including Ethereum, Bitsend and NEO, I voted for Byteball. Because it offers an unique idea, and the white paper looks very interesting.
