I would do the second part of your statement now and wait it out and that isnt because all ICOs suck or are scammy. I think majority of them suck and if you dont mind losing a little profit off the top then going the safer route is probably best for you. I personally dont mind losing some profit if I know the project I invest in is no scam and that I can have an outcome based on legitimacy. This means more to me, its up to you to decide yours.

I think BTC is still king of the hill and it was maybe a mini panic that BCC would actually take over moving forward. Now all it seems is that it was a P n D like most on here were predicting and a savage one at that. I think it

is still likely that BTC can eclipse 8k for this year although if it ended in the 7-8k range I wouldnt be upset either. This is on the cusp of knowing a ton of institutional money is coming in, it is gonna be a fun ride next year!

Not really a fall more than it is a standard correction that was going to happen. I say going to because due to the fork there was an artificial buy pressure put in place but in turn creates an artificial buying price. Once things

fizzled out and went back to normal this was expected and I am not sure the correction is over. The most drastic part is over but I would say until bitcoin 5k it could still go down but I think the support at 5k is enough to not

let it go any lower than that. This is my opinion of course and I dont trade bitcoin everyday this is what I see happening before it takes another leg up.

Bitcoin is always valuable and you are late if you want 50,000% gains. But if you want some nominal gains or reasonable ones then no reason you are late for this. If you wanted say bitcoin 2x from now that should happen,

even a 5x could happen. Beyond that nobody really knows yet and any big predictions are all speculation given certain assumptions happen along the way.

I see bitcoin being 10k+ in a years time if you meant price wise. If you meant market wise I see it being accepted as an international store of value with loads of institutional investors coming on board. I think this understanding of "backing" must change in the coming years because bitcoin will have zero backing and not much utility but this does not mean it isnt a good investment or store of value. As per your investment statement that is completely up to the trader because some may hold 10% BTC, others 50-60%, and others yet may hold 100%. That much is up to your style of trading that will determine how much you can handle.

I agree with you that these forks will ultimately fail because they are rooted in a place of greed but however I disagree with your title. Bitcoin will only have 21 million coins ever this is known, just because there are a lot of

forks upon it does not increase the supply to 63 million currently with more incoming. The total amount of bitcoin will always remain 21 million, this is not subject to change ever.

Hardfork is the B2X hardfork right now. Everyone isnt afraid but rather if you have altcoins you will suffer tremendously. Should sell some btc prior to fork because after the fork it will likely trade lower than before and this is

It could happen for sure but that would have to mean that bitcoin stops providing value (which it likely wont) and that people stop putting tremendous value on it (which they likely wont). Given that hodlers think the value

is there all the time and this will not likely happen then you have a scenario where this wont change unless things plummet from here. The only way I can see most people not being hodlers is if their profit margin got cut big.
