Early 2018 I had different altcoins via bounties, airdrops and small investment in ICOs. But the major mistake I made was waiting for bull run to come so I could sell and make large profit. But atlast the bull run never came. So I had to keep hodling till I got stocked in the Bear market.
I think you all should learn from my mistakes and never wait for bull run because nobody knows when the bull is coming because of the volatility of the market. Sell when you have decent profit and not waiting till you have a large profit. Thanks
I have some experienced with you. I'm ablt to collect altcoins from bounty also and hoping to grow further i kep holding fora while until bearish season hit the crypto market badly and i ha e no choice but to still keep holding because price of my alt coins really fall very low. Currently my portfolio is -89% very stressful everytime i look at it.  |

Big/medium banks are never going to use Ripple, theyre only trying it out and will drop it then make their own technology (not de-centralized!) Blockchain will change how we send money, but not through banks. Theyre completely against de-centralized control of financial system. We need blockchain solutions like Kora ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2876521.0) that are person to person and small business to small business XRP is a centralized blockchain not decentralized and its normal people may say it would die as bitcoin have already accused the same several times but still bitcoin show resiliency and continue to dominate crypto market. Don't bother with what other people say learn how to strategize your own trading plan selling immediately or hold for long term is no difference if in both transaction you are earning. It is still depend on the current market condition if what best strategy fit. |

Hello All, In this thread I'm going to detail how I trade Cryptocurrency. I've been trading Crypto for the past 6 months with pretty decent results. The strategy I use is based on a culmination of different techniques and knowledge I picked up in my time trading the Forex market, which is what I traded before moving to Crypto at the beginning of the year. There are two parts to the strategy..... The first part is what I use when the a large rise/bull run is taking place - (you can learn how to use this on my site - see below) And the second part is what I use when the market is slow or ranging/consolidating. My strategy is simple to trade but requires some explaining, so I'll be posting pics and doing analysis of different trades to help you understand why I took a trade and what you can do to begin doing the same. Does anyone has ever thought about this one? We see that there are huge number of exchangers that are being formed every other month. Most of their ICO's are even starting up with the MVP as it has become easy stuff to code an exchanger over dex and get started with it. Who think that this will be good only if the investors also keeps rising day by day ? I mean if the investors doesnt increase in the number then how can one see use of huge marketplace anyway ? I mean its like there will be big playgrounds but too less players to play!! This will be very costly affair sooner or later.
I do feel that its not worthy if investors are not rising as well !!
I also noticed that more and more exchange are being created every month or even weeks and we don't know the credibility of the owner and developer and how secure this exchanges are. But in my own safety I only trade on credible exchanges and have proven good track record even it has higher trading fee as long as my funds are secure it would be fine to me. |

I have used the stop loss to protect my investment, but with this market bleed, I have doubts if it is worth using Stop Loss. What do you think?
Cutloss was commonly used by swing or day traders but for long term most people do is adding or buying more when market is going down to lower your average buying price. And if market is bottomed already I don't think cutloss is s good strategy to do maybe adding more or buying is the best thing to do to lower your average buying price |

Sharp rise and fall in the demand of Ethereum which corresponded with the sharp rise in investment in ICOs and the subsequent fall is the reason for price loss of Ethereum. Ethereum should make it's own rigid ground for leading its price higher.
Exactly prices drop significantly because ico companies who bought ETH during ico are selling their ETH to convert for fiat for their project development and it looks that ETH management don't bother for the sharp decline as there is no strong support for their price as its go lower and lower week on week. |

We are seeing more and more exchanges nowadays. Is it beneficial to the community if we have more of these? What do you think are the benefits and/or the negative impact on having too many exchanges?
this can benefit trader by paying lesser transaction fee since new trading exchange usually offer less transaction fee to attract traders but the risk that traders may face is if this exchanges are secure and safe to use. I may suggest to trade only to most reputable crypto exchanges for you investment security. |

After morethan 10 months of of bitcoin correction and consolidation we saw how price being supported at 5.9k$ level maybe this was already the bottom though there are lot of good news happening in crypto market it seems there is no enough pressure to push the price up but once ETF application be approve I guess many investor would flock in bitcoin buying as this may give more security and less volatility to the bitcoin price

Not all traders losses money when market is down. it would depend on your entry price how to earn or loss money. if you have patience to find a good entry price when market is down and sold it when it slightly rebound then you are not losing money your still earning profit.

i bought XRP also when it was @1.95$ then wen it fall hard i bought again @ .66$ and .45$ my current average buying price is .99$ and with the current projects and application that being develop by Ripple i am confident that this coin can beat ETH in the second spot. it slowly create its own market which can stand alone even bitcoin price be shaken.

Quit Bitcoin and sell at your BTC at cheap today and regret later. The news coming from the governments are planned with the aim of creating FUD in potential investors because the governments are afraid of the power of decentralization. However, this power of decentralization cannot be stopped because it has already gained roots on the market as more and more people become familiar with the concepts and benefits of Bitcoin and the entire crypto.
Bitcoin is not an instant gateway to make people rich so you need to be patience and find a good entry price if you want to earn profit. Many new investor are losing money when they bought bitcoin last dec 2017 and jan 2018 where price it at peak. |

Nowadays, I notice most of bounties have strick rules, making bounties more organize and I like that Bounty Manager requesting Proof of Authentication to limit scammer .
It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.
Stricter rules can make ico be lessen in abuse of multiple account joining in one campaign. And this can help also to the bounty Hunter find a good ico cause most of the time strict rulings for an ico are those ico with good developer and management. |

The current trend of blockchain is very high, couple with it's ability to execute millions transactions within seconds, few transactions cost and no third party is require or paper signing. All transactions recorded and kept open, taking alway cross border and languages barrier, excellent in e commences. So many features to change the world. My emphasis is can blockchain has the capacity to replace bank?

Here are some characteristics of successful traders and gamblers:
A gambler:
- Have no transaction method.
- Do not take notes of your views on the market trend daily.
- Don’t care about risk management
- Spend most of your time focusing on winning and making profit.
- Let emotions dominated their mind when trading
-Place orders without consideration.
- Place too many orders
A trader:
-Understand and master an effective trading method
-Have a clear and specific trading plan and comply with it.
- Have a daily note on market view and trend
- Pay attention to risk management for each trading order
-Don’t set making profit and winning as their 1st priority
- Only make the deal when the price model matches the method.
-don’t let emotions control their actions
- Consider coin trading as their career and daytime job.
If you have those characteristics of the gamblers, you should change it immediately. If you have trader traits, maintain them for as long as possible and remember to always think twice before doing.
This does make sense if you able to follow this trading plan probably you have a higher chance to become a successful trader in the future. |

People must stop talking about the death of bitcoin because a currency like bitcoin must not be judged with a change of a day or a month but with a change of a year who agree about that?
I ask too if there is a way to know the 1 year change of bitcoin in cmp or any other site.
