61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is not a bubble on: November 21, 2017, 11:01:57 AM
Nothing is permanent but when an opportunity presents itself to you, don't miss the train.
Don't go all in and Don't remain all out.

Rest will all depend on how much of a risk you are ready to take on.
There will be losses and there will be gains, but that happens with everything.
62  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I just launched a pretty cool tool to find oversold coins. Any suggestions? on: November 21, 2017, 05:23:49 AM
Visited your site. but since i have not yet traded and am new to that, your site made little sense to me.
The only reason being that i am less informed about it.

In a nut shell, it benefits those who know about it. That would restrict the number of visitors you actually manage to attract.
Wish you good luck.

I have only invested in ETN as yet.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves future on: November 19, 2017, 08:50:09 PM
I am just doing the free faucets and exchanging a few of the altcoins to it.
Havent started trading in it yet, since I have never traded in my life yet and would like to understand some things better before jumping in it.
For now, I have just leased a portion of my amount to wavesfullnode and will see how the return is at the end of the month.

67  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How to Claim BTG from Blockchain.info ? on: November 18, 2017, 12:24:52 PM
Please refer these 2 pages of coinomi to complete your btg claim procedure.

https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/29000016909-i-didn-t-have-btc-in-coinomi-at-the-time-of-the-snapshot-how-do-i-claim-btg-
https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/29000013719-how-to-get-bitcoin-cash-from-many-wallet-software-services-with-coinomi

The second link has the standalone bip file which will give you the private key to be entered and complete the procedure for claiming btg in coinomi.
Please note, that you wont get exact same amount as your balance in blockchain because coinomi deducts a little fee during the conversion.
Ex: on a 10k sat balance expect a 1k sat btg as fee so you will get about 9k approx.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: November 18, 2017, 11:34:52 AM
I would buy ethereum with fiat money and keep on doing btc sites Smiley.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hello. I am new and confused, could use some help on: November 10, 2017, 05:37:01 PM
Bought a coin 4 years ago.

have address and identifier recorded.
we can move it from coinbase to the wallet, but we DONT KNOW where the wallet is housed or located.

-are we online / offline?
You are on a online wallet. Offline wallets are on your computer/mobile and you DO KNOW its location

-do we need to be off coinbase when btg drops on the 12th?
Whichever wallet says will give you free btg, you will need to store your btc before they freeze the transactions. When the fork happens, it will automatically award you a similar balance in btg, if they declared they will do it. Some were offering and some plainly said they wont include any fork coins. Coinbase was more in support of Segwit 2x. I dont know its stance on btg.

- how do we transfer from wallet to coinbase?
You take the deposit address from coinbase and enter it in the send address of your wallet. with the amount you wish to send and the fee to be paid to miners, which would decide its priority

-should we just get a wallet on blockchain and put it there.
Its a personal preference. Some use online wallets. some use offline wallets. and some only go for trezor/ledger.

-how do i access the bth everyone got in september and move it around? if we were on coinbase, did we get that free bth?
if you have bch balance and a receiving address for it, you can make the transaction happen. I dont know whether coinbase awarded free fork coins or not.

sorry for the noobish questions, but i am a n00b

Feel free to check again if I got any of your question incorrectly.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Weird theory I heard of.. on: November 10, 2017, 05:26:44 PM
You will hear a lot more weird theories as time progresses.
No one knows what will happen in a year or 2 or the next 10 years.
Just keep doing what you are doing believing you are doing the right thing.

It all comes down to what you wish to do with every news you hear.
Believe it or discard it.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To Greed or to play it safe. on: November 02, 2017, 05:10:35 AM
You should also take into account the fees of moving your currency from one source to other.
Best is to keep everything with electrum and do a one time procedure for claiming the fork coins.

The fork is to happen at a specific block which may happen before nov 13 like it happened for bitcoin gold.
WHATIF your balance is stuck in blockchain in neither of the wallets Smiley. lol. just messing. I would pick electrum over coinbase. but thats just me.

You can get hooked on to this site very easily, especially for its simplicity and ease of use.
I would recommend this especially because we all experience haphazard presence over a lot of faucet sites when we start out in collection for any crypto-currency and then get efficient down the line. This site shortens the whole process in a big way by saving your time and getting you organised early on. You just have to replicate the format in case you do find some additional sites.
And if any trouble, the owner is easily accessible in FaucetHub and can resolve your problems quickly.

All in all : HAPPY FAUCETING Smiley.
