61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Your best ICO experience on: December 26, 2017, 09:03:22 PM
My best ICO experience was POWR. I was not expecting for the price to have such a high increase that fast. I have some other ICO I am looking forward to. It looks like they are being sold out even before they are hitting the market which is crazy. They hype is making ICO become more exclusive.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which makes sense to buy a bitcoin or to buy a altcoin? on: December 26, 2017, 08:40:31 PM
It makes more sense to buy an alt or invest in an ico. Personally, the gains for btc is not there. It has to double from what it is now just to make 2x gain. So 15k-30k. No doubt it will get there but an alt or ico can give more like 10-20x gain ( the good ones). But I do think you should just hold at least 1 btc and don't trade it. It is still a good investment
63  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: December 21, 2017, 12:57:04 AM
Money can buy happiness. But not in the way it literally means. That saying means that it can ease some of the problems or stress that we come across. Money can buy us the happiness of not being stressed about things we need. Physically buying things will not make us happy but not being worried about having enough will make us less unhappy.
64  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: December 21, 2017, 12:51:55 AM
It is a global currency. Everyone with a computer can access it. It is the same amount whether the name of the currency. It's actually pretty scary. Everyone is using it and the more it's adapted the more our currency will change. It will soon be adapted or change the system.
65  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to be contented on what you have? on: December 21, 2017, 12:46:36 AM
I think you have to keep on reminding yourself of what you had and what you have. It is easy to always want more. We are humans and we are never satisfied. You have to just be humble and keep yourself grounded. If you start to have gained and then you go crazy with everything you'll forget what is going and lose yourself.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple (XRP) to be added to Coinbase? on: December 21, 2017, 12:41:56 AM
I have heard this before. But I think it might be true. Ripple has locked up tokens (like they are preparing to join Coin Base) to bring down their supply. They are the number four coin on coin market cap. Also, since more people are trying to get on to crypto Coin Base will need to add more to supply the demand of buying. Their competition will take them out if they don't.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: December 19, 2017, 09:25:50 PM
Bitcoin has too many orders that are not fulfilling. It has too many unconfirmed transactions are people are not liking it. I think Bitcoin is going to dump or correct for now and investors are trying to look for the next faster operating Bitcoin. I really think they will turn to Bitcoin Cash.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: December 14, 2017, 08:33:40 PM
I totally see Ripple taking off. It is an already working blockchain with huge partners. It locked up a good amount of tokens to bring down circulating supply. Ripple is also top 5 coin and generates a lot of traffic to trading. I believe a  lot more people will come to Ripple and the price will go higher.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ripple ( XRP ) a good way to go right now? on: December 14, 2017, 08:20:15 PM
Lol, not anymore. I mean it probably still is a good price but its pretty high. Its been at .20 for forever and this jump is too expensive. I believe it will correct to like .50. Then take some time and go back up to .80-$1. More people will buy since its such at a low price than all the other top 5 coins.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS is next Ethereum on: December 14, 2017, 06:30:15 PM
I heard the same thing. It has the ability to be a building platform. That will be a huge thing. I think it can be kind of like and Etherium and if it will it will have a lot of value on the market. Other coins are trying to be a building platform as well. EOS can get partner up with other coins and if they have a good resume it will do well.
71  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are people scared of taxes? on: December 13, 2017, 03:27:46 AM
One word. Greed. They don't want to give up their gains. The housing market crashed because a lot of people didn't want to be taxed and they kept reinvesting and they couldn't even afford what they were buying in the first place. I think holding to pay less is okay but not to get rid of completely.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple and XRP is the future of payments on: December 13, 2017, 03:23:08 AM
Ripple is really good for the banking world. Offcourse banking will never disappear and so blockchain will be integrated into banks soon enough. And that's what ripple was made for. Ripple has also locked up coins and that will help the price a lot. I think it will hit new highs 2018
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin going crazy on: December 12, 2017, 05:44:38 PM
Pretty sure Litecoin is going crazy because of how many more new people got involved in crypto. Since BTC hit all-time highs last week (18k) a lot more people found out about it. They all searched and looked up BTC and while doing that they found coinbase to trade BTC. On coinbase, there is also litecoin and it was the cheapest so a lot of people bought it and that drove the price up.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What do you think about Bitconnect? on: December 08, 2017, 11:36:02 PM
What is your take on Bitconnect?
75  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: December 08, 2017, 03:07:26 AM
Everyone wants what they can't/don't have. To be happy is rare nowadays.
76  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is dreaming in a dream bad Or just normal? on: December 08, 2017, 03:06:13 AM
I had this many times when I was younger.I had a dream and I had it many times. At one point I learned how to get out of it. I had to fall asleep in my dream to actually wake up.
77  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why Do People Desire What's Not Theirs on: December 07, 2017, 03:30:44 AM
Probably because they think 'the grass is always greener on the other side'. People get bored with what they have and they start to look in a different direction. We want what we can't have because we make ourselves think we need it to be happy. When in reality it won't
78  Other / Politics & Society / Jumping on the bandwagon on: December 07, 2017, 03:16:16 AM
I really love how now that BTC has surged to 14k everyone is trying to get on and having FOMO. By everyone, I mean those who I spoke about crypto and how much they can make and the gains and value. They did not care about what I had to say. I spent months learning about it and paying for it and now they want to reap the benefits by taking them through it. What is your take on this?
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 95% of Cryptocurrencies will Not Survive in 2018 on: December 06, 2017, 09:37:55 PM
Alts will not survive if they do not follow through on their roadmaps. If they claim to partner and come out with new apps and such and they don't then.. fail. I think 2018 will show which alt coins will stand and which of them were scams will drop and disappear.
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins speculation for 2018? on: December 06, 2017, 09:11:02 PM
I really do think a correction is in place, as do so many others. But the more market cap goes up the more btc goes up too. It will definitely get over 40-50k, maybe even 100. Long-term btc will have most value. I just wonder if it would ever be stable enough.
