Account recovery is among the lowest of priorities for the admins. My account was also hacked and I had sent PMs to Cyrus few days ago. All we can do is wait, maybe send a weekly PM to admins to have a look again. Your account manselr now has negative trust. So probably members will be careful when dealing with that account for now. In the mean time, keep following your account activity. If the hacker posts anywhere, immediately post in that thread that its your account and that it has been hacked and add the link to this thread. This way, you'll be safe.

If you had seen previous posts, new members do not get paid until they upgrade.

I've had not been active for some time and when I tried to login couple of days ago, I could not and also did not receive the reset password email. So I decided to check if the account exists and found out someone else was using my account. The hacker/scammer/thief had been posting in lending threads posing as me. Here are the posts and threads posted by the hacker/scammer/thief.

I had last logged into my account in August 2017. Any posts from the account jayguar after August is not me but from the thief. I see this guy has posted in all lending threads for loans ranging from 0.03 to 0.1 BTC. Since the thief could not get a loan, he/she/it tried scamming through trade BTC by cash.

I had also posted the proof that I had owned the account jayguar in the thread started by the scammer/thief.

Have a look at the threads before posting. Does it look like a random thread with a generic information? Does it contain spam? Threads which add no value to the forum or the members deserve to be deleted. You may not get a notification if an entire thread is deleted. Also go through the forum rules completely before posting. Saves you a lot of time and you will not get frustrated.

Thanks. I had PM'd Cyrus already and have given the link of this thread to show the proof. I checked the Meta threads and a thread by Theymos on recovering the account shows a specified format. I have now sent a second PM to Cyrus in the correct format. I should have checked that thread earlier before sending out the first PM to Cyrus. I don't want to look like a spammer sending repeated PMs.

Do add videos on how to spot scammers.

There can be fake coins when someone gives out coins in their websites (you just see a number of coins which you can do nothing with) rather than in your wallets (desktop/mobile/web). There'll be no source code which anyone can view. I know of at least 1 which started this way but eventually when they were ready with source code and wallets, all the coins shown in the websites were gone.

The account jayguar is stolen from me. I had been using jayguar for a long time. I had been offline for quite some. When I tried to login last night, I could not and did not receive the email to reset password. That is when I thought of checking the account history and to my horror, its being used my someone else posting as me. All the posts / threads posted this year in the lending threads are from the thief. Prior to my newest account, I had 2 accounts jayguar and jayguar2016 which have been used as collateral in the lending threads.

The following is proof that the account jayguar belongs to me. I had signed with a message from the Bitcoin address I had used as jayguar in the lending threads.
