61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢[ANN] 🔴Solve.Care - Healthcare on Blockchain🔴TOKEN SALE IS STARTED🚀🌎 on: November 20, 2017, 06:34:12 PM
Finally we have a project that is working towards fixing the health care system. This is a great idea. I just watched the explainer video and I'm sold. Great work!

No joke! The health care system is so corrupt right now. I hope Solve Care will come through and actually fix these problems. Can't wait to see more of your progression.

Thank you for your feedback.

A public program such as the U.S. Medicaid costs $553 Billion annually with more than $100 Billion lost to inefficiency, over utilization and fraud, and $25 Billion is spent on information technology and program administration.

It is reliably estimated that costs for healthcare administration range from 7% to over 30% of total healthcare spending, as a direct result of inefficient processes, data system silos and duplication of effort.

Solve.Care platform can perform the tasks of current processing and management systems at 3% of total spend through the use of Care Administration Networks thus reducing processing and management of systems and the potential to reduce overall spend.

That's pretty cool! Keep up the good work Solve Care.

Great white paper and explainer videos. For those who haven't read the white paper or watched any of the videos, I highly recommend it. Doing so will help you to better understanding the concept. Keep up the good work DropDeck. I'll be watching this project closely.

would love to hear someone who was into affiliate marketing and ads business in general give some thoughts on this...
far too many vague statements in this whitepaper for me, would love some clarity.
Also, don't pay too much attention to the finance forecast at the end, things never go as planned.

I am a web developer in a marketing agency and have helped put together and run many affiliate ad campaigns. For huge companies affiliate marketing is not bad at all, you do what they want, they pay you. But smaller companies or even companies that just haven't got it set up yet, is a huge pain. I could see this being a major help for those guys! When an affiliate program is just set up it is usually quite complicated and there is always the risk of if the company will actually pay the affiliate salesman. This would take out that worry. I think taking out that worry alone would make a new affiliate marketing program take off much faster than they have in the past.

Totally agree. I think this will definitely help out the little man in the affiliate program space. The only affiliate programs that I use or know of are with big companies like Amazon.

I think you all bring up some good points. Like in my experience I did a ton of work with Commission Junction and i  would send them gobs of traffic and they would claim that none of my traffic would ever convert. So with the bigger affiliate programs you are constantly at the mercy of their analytics and what they define as a conversion. It would frustrate me to no end.

So I agree, this Reftoken platform should help regulate these scenarios so marketers and influencers can get paid for their hard work.

Looking forward to ditching multiple platforms and going to just one secure one.

Same here! This is a great project idea and I hope for the best. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

It looks like a beautiful project. I could not find the main forum link. Everything is better understood at the site of the project.

Agreed. For those who want to learn more about this project just click on the link to their website. I got a better understanding there.

68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RECOIN - The latest SCAM Altcoin Warning!!! Please Read!!! on: November 08, 2017, 09:03:06 PM
Using the internet archive to look at their website from last summer shows just how fraudulent the company was. Why would anyone consider investing when there wasn't even ONE board member? DRC World was even worse. The whole site indicated it was a scam.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token price fall after ICO on: November 07, 2017, 06:08:10 PM
MANY examples of such tokens, which is the main problem people don't understand when investing in ICO. A lot of ICOs pretend to want to develop projects  but really are get rick quick schemes from unscrupulous people. Throw in a bit of work every now and then. Talk big. And deliver small steps. Some collect millions but can't recruit simple community managers to help calm down angry crowds.

I concur. I see a lot of red flags when I read the whitepapers. Many are not answering questions that would make it comfortable for me to invest. More often than not, I don't even know which exchanges they will be using. These people can be short on details because enough investors will buy with blind ignorance.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: November 06, 2017, 08:44:44 PM
I always look for basic answers that should be provided to investors.

- How many tokens will be issued?
- Which exchanges will list the altcoin?
- Who is on their board?
- Is the whitepaper well constructed? Have they identified competitors and listed differentiators? Do their goals seem realistic?

Etc, etc
