So my shares paid out has dropped to 69.04%, so over 30% shelved! Does this just mean the pool is having a run of bad luck at the moment?

Curious, where do you see how much is shelved?

Yes, current round is awful lol.   Round Luck:   14.9%

Hi,
For now We are not acepting chips vs assembly as far too much of the orders are barters like this.
Of course you can always pay for the assembly and get all your chips turned into boards

What is the official process?

Contact BA and ask for chips instead.  Who should they be sent to?  minersource or technobit?

67  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 06, 2014, 09:07:55 PM
has anyone heard if MS got their latest shipment of X1's? just curious before i start firing off emails again.

I am not surprised he is saying that. If they refund they have to give us a full 6k each and then try to sell their miner for probably 2-3k

I wouldn't take what they say at face value even if he is pretending to tell you a "secret."

This is an attempt to extort me into removing my feedback. I will not fold here BA, I am holding Aces.

Why are they so worried about their one user "BlackArrow"'s user feedback on bitcointalk?

Black Arrow removed my message about Hong Kong's Consumer Council sending me an e-mail and letter with confirmation of opening up the case against Black Arrow.

Is this the site you used?

I dont see how its possible for them to refund everyone when they have already spent all the money?

Who ordered in May and got an order delivered?

If you were a BA reseller's customer, you'd be happy that your man managed to weasel out an early order for you while the others suffer.
If you were a direct customer, you'd be angry as hell for the unfair advantage given to reseller customers who ordered as late as May and received their units already, while you forked out your hard earned cash months before that directly to Black Arrow AND RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE
75  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 06, 2014, 05:04:50 PM
Its been stated about 5000000 times now, order number from either BA or MS has nothing to do with ship date, so its useless.

Okay so order numbers are useless as you said.

How about "shipped all orders made upto this date" ? (same as BFL did)

Thank you Larry.

Can you also update the cointerra thread as well?
77  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 06, 2014, 04:54:28 PM
BlackArrow, Since you are monitoring this forum, how about some concrete numbers as to how many items have been actually shipped and ACTUAL progress of shipping on a regular basis now?

We have shipped 15 to 20% of X1s and 4 to 8% of X3s.

Thank you!  Please post this information regularly on your site (at least once a week) we would really appreciate it!
Not sure why you are avoiding telling us the actual order number or date that has been shipped until.  This seems fishy
78  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: August 06, 2014, 04:39:27 PM
Please let us know who has sold this stolen information.

BlackArrow, Since you are monitoring this forum, how about some concrete numbers as to how many items have been actually shipped and ACTUAL progress of shipping on a regular basis now?

Even BFL was kind enough to give us this information.

Prospero X-1
This month we have manufactured and have shipped Prospero X-1 miners. During the latest shipments they also included LCD, touchscreen and WIFI.
Because of several manufacturing issues we have not been able to clear all X1 orders yet but we're working hard to clear all queue in the following weeks.
Prospero X-2
Has been put on hold due to lack of human resources.
Prospero X-3
First units have been shipped to our resellers 3 weeks ago for testing. However, this showed that the glue holding our inductor heatsinks was not strong enough to withstand the DHL shipping and hashboards can get out of their socket during transportation. It took us about 1 week to fix these issues as a new component was required to be manufactured for our cases. Since last week we have begun shipping of X3s and now we are ramping up assembly and shipping.
Rent-A-Minion
Will start in the following few days.
Compensation
We are working on a new design in an attempt to lower the BOM and increase the compensation offered. This design is almost finished and we plan to manufacture the prototype in the following days.
ASIC exchange plan
We are now increasing the number of ASICs offered to our loyal customers who wish to exchange their order to Minion ASICs. The dispatch for this option is next day.
-Each X3 preorder can be exchanged for 120 Minion ASICS
-Each X1 preorder can be exchanged for 7 Minion ASICs
-Each $45 paid for Rent-A-Minion service can be exchanged for 1 ASIC
Note that customers who choose to exchange their orders for ASICs forfeit the compensation announced previously.
Please contact our customer support should you wish to go ahead with this option.

Unfortunately no concrete information has been given as to the number of orders shipped or their approximate order date they have shipped
