What makes Boon Dollar different from USD?
Boon Dollars are created by a mechanism similar to convertible notes. Convertible notes are short-term debt instruments that can be converted to ownership at a rate determined in the future, typically during a future funding round. Once BOON has been purchased it should be converted into Boon Dollars (BD) to mitigate the impact of dilution over the longterm.
When the cryptocurrency is converted in Boon Dollars, which is pegged to USD. When the vendor completes the job, Boon Dollars will be converted into either USD or any cryptocurrency the vendor choose from.
