61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: October 12, 2018, 04:14:05 AM
Yes of course bounties and airdrops are necessary and helps and ico to become successful. It is like exposing and promoting your product. It is a marketing strategy to gather the attentions of investors. Without bounties your ico will go unnoticed to the public and you will miss a lot of potential audience.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Government does not like crypto? on: October 11, 2018, 05:40:41 AM
The answer is quite simple bitcoin is a big threat for them. Bitcoin contradicts all the standards that the government and banks implies. As we all know government likes to have control on everything and bitcoin is one of those things that is not easy or quite impossible to control. Bitcoin also oppose to the believes of banks making it also a big threat to them.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest all my savings in cryptocurrencies on: October 11, 2018, 01:56:11 AM
I think it is not safe and is very risky to invest all your savings in cryptocurrency specially those who have no experience or have little knowledge about the technology. But if you know what you are doing and you know what you are about to get yourself into then go ahead. You can always invest half of your savings and you don't have to go all out.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy BTC? on: October 10, 2018, 05:58:54 AM
You just can't go wrong with bitcoin. It is the most popular right now and one of the most stable. Personally I buy bitcoin with my spare money. I am not the type of person who sells his assets and buy bitcoin. I just like playing safe so If I lose profit I wouldn't mind it because its just my spare money. I believe in investing the amount I don't mind losing rather than laying it all on the line.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in ICO anymore. Do not Feed scammers on: October 10, 2018, 01:46:49 AM
I think it is not fair to quickly claim that all ico are scams. Yes there have been a lot of scam ico lately but I believe there are still good ones available out there. It is just a matter of how well you spot and find a good ico to invest in. I think we should be spreading awareness on how to spot a good one and how to avoid a scam ico more than to spread words that ico are all scams.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Currency is fastest way to get rich ? on: October 09, 2018, 01:39:29 AM
I believe we are past the time of cryptocurrency making you rich fast. Now we are in the time of where everyone needs to work hard and long to become rich. As we all know cryptocurrency has changed a lot these past few years. The market have become more unstable than how it used to be making it hard for us here.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can the ICO scams be identified? on: October 08, 2018, 08:00:36 AM
With many ico popping and launching everyday it is hard to identify a good ico from a bad or scam ico. There are many ways to help you identify a scam ico. My most common go to is the goal of said ico. If it is too good to be true then chances are it is a scam ico. You can also try looking for credibility of the people behind the ico. Some scammers like to stay unknown.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: October 08, 2018, 12:24:31 AM
For me ICO sites are defining factors to help me search good projects to invest in and to also avoid scam ICO. Although you should also consider the ICO sites before trusting it. Only trust credible ICO sites for ratings and don't just blindly fall for some fakes as well. ICO sites are big help for me but in the end it is still up to youto make the decision.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs on: October 07, 2018, 04:20:56 AM
Well it is bound to happen in the first place. When something grows big and become popular, people tend also to ride the trend resulting to countless ico launching almost everyday. It is like a big competition now. I know how you feel, with the number of ico increasing it is becoming more and more difficult to find a good one.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you feel about your first payment???? on: October 07, 2018, 12:58:48 AM
Everybody has to start somewhere right no matter how much or how little the payment is, atleast you got your payment right. When I received my first payment it was amazing even though I only got a small amount. The feeling that all your hard work and the time you spent finally gets paid off is the best and worth it.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to known a Scam ICO on: October 06, 2018, 04:22:46 AM
The best way to check wether the ICO is scam or legit is to check the people behind it. Check them and do research on their credibility and their trust rating. A lot of scammers are also posing as other people so be careful of that too. If the ICO is too good to be true chances are it is a scam. Always read whitepapera and roadmaps.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is needed on: October 06, 2018, 01:35:46 AM
Newbies have the wrong impression about cryptocurrency. They thought that it is easy and will make you rich in no time when in reality it is not. People work hard and spend more time to become successful in cryptocurrency. There is no overnight millionaire here. You must also acquire a lot of knowledge to know what you are doing and avoid losing money.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to HODL only 1 cryptocurrency for 10 years how should you choose? on: October 05, 2018, 04:04:22 AM
If I could hold only 1 currency for 10 years no doubt I will definitely choose to hold bitcoin. Bitcoin as we all know is one of the most popular and most widely accepted amongst all the cryptocurrency. With those characteristics it is common to pick bitcoin rather than any other cryptocurrency out there. Plus I also have experience with bitcoin and it has gave me a lot.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: October 05, 2018, 02:09:22 AM
Yes that is true, I believe airdrops are just a waste of time. They say that there are many scams in bounty campaign but airdrops is much more worst. The chance of finding a good airdrop is like 1% and when you find a good and legit one the reward is not even worth your time. I would rather stay away from airdrops and do other productive things with my time.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed? or almost? on: October 04, 2018, 05:21:59 AM
I don't know if this counts as a scam because technically I didn't have any lost money getting involved but I lost a lot of time and effort. I have been working for a bounty campaign for 8 weeks and when the campaign ended I didn't received anything. Turns out the campaign was a scam. Although I didn't lost any money, I feel bad for the investors who lost theirs.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be Taught in Schools? on: October 04, 2018, 12:24:29 AM
If cryptocurrency becomes mainstream and commonly used by people then we can expect things like that to happen. But for me I think it is unnecessary to teach cryptocurrency in schools. Cryptocurrency is not that complicated if you really think of it. I learned cryptocurrency by doing my own research and reading different articles in the web. I think teaching cryptocurrency in schools would be pointless and we should focus on different things.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience is the best teacher on: October 03, 2018, 05:16:11 AM
Yes I believe it is true, experience is the best teacher. Nobody is right where they are right now if they didn't learn from their experiences wether if it is failure or success. It is okay to make mistake as long as you try to leanr from those experience. Just like they say, mistakes are stepping stones to being successful.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.. on: October 03, 2018, 02:06:46 AM
Yes it is not easy to identify a good bounty campaign from a scam or bad one. In my life as a bounty hunter I have atleast participated many times in scam campaigns and it is really frustrating. I did do my job before participating in any bounty campaign like researching said campaign and checking out people behind it but it seems scammers have also become more cunning. They have also find new ways to fool people.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethreum bounce back ? on: October 02, 2018, 07:41:24 AM
To tell you the truth, nobody really knows the answer to your question. Yes there are a lot of people saying that keep on holding for it will bounce back up like last year but all of those are just speculations. The thing about cryptocurrency is, it is unpredictable and anything can happen along the line. All we can do is wait and see how things go.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: October 01, 2018, 05:39:15 AM
Here where I live cryptocurrency is not that popular to the masses but my country supports the use of it. In fact it is legalize here, we have a lot of establishments that accepts cryptocurrency. We even have banks here that accepts cryptocurrency. Cashing out here in my country is very easy for there are many remittance accepts cryptocurrency.
