Sorry for the people unable to withdraw USD from MtGox.

HOWEVER, SEPA does work. This is my recent SEPA withdraw history.
All withdraws coming from Poland to Belgium.
All amounts >> 1k€

- okt 21, received nov 26
- nov 9, received dec 17
- nov 16, received jan 8
- nov 19, received today jan 28
- nov 27, not yet received (so by the 20 day rule it should arrive on Feb 17)

The general rules from the MtGox FAQ seem to apply:
- about 6 weeks for a transfer
- minimum 20 days between each transfer (this is the one that seems to apply to 4 last transfers)

I withdrew NOK on nov 19. Still nothing. I used international wire. Maybe it takes longer.

I am still working on the iPhone app guys. Together with the IPad app.

I have some private problems to handle and want to fix a common mistake people don't get with these cryptocoins.

Because the app saves your address it can show your wallet worth in dollars and btc (euro added) and so on but when you send coins to exchange or someone the address changes always. Even if you didn't send all.

Does anyone know how to follow the new adress ? Because some testers were all upset after a change and thought their wallet is empty.

Apple doesnt support mobile coin apps, just to let you know, your effort is useless.

They did some time ago. I bought Coin Ticker - Bitcoin portfolio at app store. Most coins and 5-6 biggest exchanges. Supports most currencies (fiat) so u can keep track of fiat spent and coin prices (both fiat and btc)

Dont know if many has the app, maybe devs should go talk to developer of the app to get it listed. Earthcoin is not on there yet.

76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WorldCoin WDC | Coin of the Future | Instant Transactions | Launched on: January 18, 2014, 05:34:00 PM
I've been questioning WDC a lot lately too. It seems the entire future of WDC is based on Scharmbeck and a few other qualities that virtually all alt coins have now (fast transaction times, large supply, etc. Soon, I don't know if even Scharmbeck will be much of an advantage, as cryptsy should be accepting USD at any time.

The piece that seems to be getting the least attention, and that should be getting far more, is the merchant tools. As a merchant myself I can tell you that the only crypto-currency that I would even consider accepting right now is BTC.

I have to agree that the main focus at the moment should be the merchant options. Scharmbeck is a great way to allow people to buy directly into WDC and sell WDC to $'s.

As the chap above rightly mentions, most people will only accept BTC as a valuable payment. Would someone accept an altcoin knowing that in a week it could half in value?

WDC has to put itself into a position where it is a trusted coin where people can happily accept it as a way of taking payment. After watching the market over the last few weeks, WDC has been very stable. I believe this is a good sign.

I think one of the reasons WDC isn't increasing in value at the moment is because there are lots of people mining and autoselling the coin.

Once Scharmbeck is released to the public, WDC only requires a handful of websites to accept WDC as payment through Scarmbeck's merchant options and the coin could quite easily take off..

It's a stable decline in value we are seeing, meaning merchants has no incentive to accept it. It's the complete opposite. I hope Scharmbeck turns this trend around.

Hehe.

Sakkosekk. Vurderte det nick`et. Angrer nå. Ser bra ut. Smiley

As I said, just because you say something ...doesn't make it true.
Yeah, because my dad says so!

Please, you are just showing what a fool you are.  Instead of claiming that I am a liar on a general basis, you should point out what you think is a lie so I can prove it isn't.

Perception is a funny thing. You can go on having your perception of what GOX is doing and has been done to them and keep drinking the Kool-aid until it is MT. Kiss
I prefer to base my view on objective facts, not subjective perception.  This is how I can point out your errors.  It is very easy as long as you keep ignoring the facts and only base your views on distorted hearsay.

Quote
Oh and one last thing, it's funny that other exchanges i've used actually allow me to withdraw funds eons faster than current MTGOX customers who want USD out. Yet the amount of traded volume of other exchanges like Bitstamp and BTC-e are equal if not higher than GOX, yet....you think their "growth" in withdrawals like MTGOX is causing massive delays of weeks and months?
Why don't you read back in the thread where this has been thoroughly discussed so you could ask an intelligent question?  I am tired of pointing everything out over and over and over.

I don't care much about USD anyway.  I don't trade much in USD and rarely withdraw any fiat.  There is no need to withdraw fiat from MtGox to make profit on e.g. arbitrage trade.  Many people don't get that, which makes it very profitable for the rest of us.

Man, I like your style Sturle. Landsmann far indre østland her. Do you have any problems with withdrawing to NOK. I did in Mid November and nothing yet. Got a mail from support saying the have it on record but working through the massive withdrawal requests. Do you know if they still process this manually. And will mayzus be an option in the future.
