what does carpet round (one round only) mean?

If I buy it no one else can buy after as it is one round? therefore no way for me to win?

I think about this a lot... what will happen to the network once close to 21m BTC have been mined. There is no reason to carry on mining and supporting the network.

In the UK I use Bit Bargain and Local Bitcoins.

I have used both and both had very smooth transactions.

At the moment - Just buying them, going to load up to around 10BTC then sit them in cold storage.
