61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: February 28, 2018, 04:36:43 PM
Ive read an article about Bill Gates saying that cryptocurrencies kills people. He explained that crypto provokes people to hide thier financial transactions from the government, and revolutionizing terrorism, financial crime etc. Some people use crypto to buy drugs, bombs, guns that are use for drug dealing and terrorism that kills people 'in a fairly direct way'

I think Gates is somehow right about this. But i think it depends on the people who are using cryptocurrency, if they will use it in a good way or in a bad way. What do you think?

Well people like you trust these big millionaires too easily. Do you think Bill gates discloses all his earnings to the government and authorities? Do you think he has no illegal armory? Do you think he is a saint personality investing only in microsoft and doing his white business. Common grow up. I won't be much surprised if I find he is an Illuminati himself.

64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the real circulation of Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2018, 06:45:04 AM
The total number of supply is around 16M nowadays

Despite the lost and locked up, the real circulation is around 6-8M? Am I right?

Please advice!

Thank you very much!
The amount of btc in circulation that you see on the coinmarketcap or coingecko is just the amount in trade that day or the transfer done by exchanges. There is no good way to make account of all the transactions involved using the private key wallets.
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transactions with Trusted person!! on: February 09, 2018, 06:42:55 AM
You can have a look for some trusted persons over the forum there are a lot of persons providing such service of transferring fiat to your account in return for btc. There will be a marginal cut and undoubtedly you will pay the whole fees involved in it. Check out for some green trusted members. Even if you are a bit worried then go for an escrow. SFR10 and Lauda are some popular escrow providers over the forum.

67  Other / Meta / A small Issue in the merit source code on: February 01, 2018, 07:32:49 PM
I don't know if its a bug or a generated development but when you reload the page after you have sent the merit(the merit sent! page). The system automatically sends another merit to the same user. It will be great if this can be improved as merits as of now are deletable so such problems will lead to loss of quite some sMeirts.

72  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading (Scalping) and Long term trading on: January 16, 2018, 05:01:41 PM
Which is better to make more profit between Day Trading and Long teem trading. I want to make more profits trading Cryptocurrency, I need to know which of the two makes huge return mostly
If you are a big fan of some one single currency and you are quite sure that this currency will boom in future due to such a great concept it has or whatever the reason is then I think you will be better if you HODL it. But if you are of an opinion that every crypto is shit in long term but can give a good gain daily then scalping is your cup of tea. Scalping requires much more headache while hodling is quite soothing option for many.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why South Korea made this big step about banning Bitcoin? on: January 16, 2018, 04:57:31 PM
As the south Korean government made a big announcement about banning Bitcoin and other crypto,
All the market is down. How and why South korea do so,
What will be the next stage of bitcoin in future.
After watching this can other countries think the same thing to do so?
If so what will the future of crypto???
Check the news again it was merely a rumor they have cleared after that they have no upcoming plans to ban cryptocurrencies in near future. so all the speculations regarding it has just ended. Its not because of this news that BTC has fallen so much its just because of some recent correction that the whole market is red.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin miner fees very small why ? on: January 16, 2018, 04:54:28 PM
Bitcoin miner fees seems low now i sent $20 with 4$ fees only.
is it going to rise up again to 15+ even for small transactions?
It went nearly upto 1100 sats/byte due to recent network congestion after the fork and because there were lot of unconfirmed transactions in the network. But the dusts have settled now the regular transaction fees now is quite nicely adjusted below 150 with priority fees still at 400 sats/byte. This is the reason why you were able to send your funds at a fees of $4.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or bitcoin cash on: January 16, 2018, 04:34:25 PM
If you can guess, eth or bitcoin cash which will first hit btc?
I think no one has such a great potential to hit btc at all. But as we know btc has lost a lot of dominance in the global market so we can't just be sure about all this. But if we see of such a case then bch might just match it up in value but it will be just because bch is already about double of Ether. if we see a pump it will be the first to reach btc. But in case of market cap surely ETH will win the race against btc as it has some great tokens running on it too.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: alll coin going down. what should we do? on: January 16, 2018, 04:28:12 PM
hi guyz. can you help me that i have know nothing about blood wash term  Undecided

i have got some btc that i bougth when its 11.5k usdt. should i keep btc and hodl or buy some alt coins?
Grab a coffee and rest on your couch to watch some netflix. This is nothing new to the crypto market. We see daily ups and downs here. BTC has already touched this mark twice or thrice in these last two weeks and it even went back to 17k after touching the mark. So don't panic. If you are in some profit this is a good time to buy some alts to but if you are in loss then just rest assured it will climb back again don't sell at loss.
77  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoin on: January 16, 2018, 04:23:41 PM
I’m newbie here... What’s the best way to earn Bitcoin? I need assistance please. Thank you.
There are two ways out here on forum where you can earn in bitcoins. Either do any signature campaign by which you can help the advertisers by posting up on the forum itself or provide any other service in the services section of the forum. Apart from these two ways to earn bitcoin you can try and earn some altcoins using the altcoin bounties section where by doing some tasks the whole bounty pool will be divided and some of it will be given to you if you contribute in some way.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 16, 2018, 04:19:46 PM
If you ask me , I would say 60-40 in Indian favour right now. 300 below isn't sufficient and Indians have plenty of time to bat . SA must bowl tight and I know they will .

Anything above 200 is going to be extremely difficult during the 4th innings, especially in the South African pitches. And right now India is struggling at 16/2, with both Vijay and Rahul back in the pavilion. India's only hope is Virat Kohli. If he gets out, then it is over for them. And right now I would rate the match in South Africa's favor, by a margin of 80-20.
Here you say and it happens. Skipper has been found before wicket by Ngidi. Don't know if its his luck or something but Ngidi is looking really good in this second innings. Now all the hopes of the India team resides with Pujara and Rohit sharma. Don't have much faith on the wicket keeper and after that there are just a bunch of hitters with not that much class to play test cricket until now. However Ashwin could be another batsman you can look forward to.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: January 16, 2018, 04:09:32 PM
When we think about investments we imagine investors with big sums of money, so for btc casino it would be 1 or more btc, for instance. However, the minimum amount you can invest is usually 0.01btc which is only 10$. Do you think such investments are profitable but you earn small sums or maybe they don't make sense at all? Can someone explain it to me?
Okay so its a year since you posted this whole thread. You said does small investment makes sense and quoted 0.01 btc. Let me make you realize that if you would have put this much investment in btc alone your $10 would have grown to $150. If you placed it in XRP it would have grown to $5000. This means small investments really make a lot of sense when it comes to cryptos.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: France declares war on the cryptocurrencies on: January 16, 2018, 04:06:02 PM
I read on news that

"The French finance minister has called for tough new regulations on cryptocurrencies to stop them being used to dodge tax or finance terrorism and other crimes"
Source ( http://metro.co.uk/2018/01/15/france-declares-war-cryptocurrencies-bitcoin-ethereum-litecoin-ripple-tough-new-stance-lead-ban-7231339/?ito=cbshare)

Is this having any impact on the downtrend nature of the whole Crypto Currency market today?
Are some investors having second thought about crypto and selling them?

Would like to get some idea about this.

Maybe yes maybe no. We are seeing a great crypto correction in the market since past few days. BTC a lot of times has touched this mark of 12k So you can't really say that this news is the sole reason why crypto today is so low. Moreover even China has given some rumors regarding complete ban on btc that also might have played some vital role in determining price today.
