I invested in this and got paid every Sunday. I wish they would provide more proof of ownership of the ASIC's though. Be careful...

I don't think you will ever be able to compare MySpace to Bitcoin. I think Bitcoin will always be used the next 10-30 years. I do think that a new coin will be developed which is easier to use for the typical layman and that coin will be bigger than Bitcoin. Bitcoin is here to stay though.

For the third day in a row there has been another crazy Martingale sequence on Just-Dice. Today's was looking like a textbook "no, it doesn't work" story: Here's the bet list: 2014-06-13 00:41:00 #1244304175: 0.05 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:00.7533 profit: 0.50000000 2014-06-13 14:32:10 #1245662784: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:10.9146 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:32:11 #1245662813: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:18.1392 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:32:12 #1245662856: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:11.5765 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:32:13 #1245662901: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:54.3217 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:32:23 #1245663155: 0.01 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:08.5585 profit: 0.10000000 2014-06-13 14:34:58 #1245668162: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:43.9689 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:34:59 #1245668192: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:08.6756 profit: 0.05000000 2014-06-13 14:35:52 #1245669913: 0.005 BTC @ 9% lo: lucky:06.8303 profit: 0.05000000 2014-06-13 14:36:18 #1245670834: 0.005 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:64.5362 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:36:19 #1245670868: 0.005 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:72.7992 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:36:20 #1245670901: 0.005 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:00.3965 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:36:21 #1245670928: 0.005 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:47.7635 profit:-0.00500000 2014-06-13 14:36:25 #1245671081: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:08.1365 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:36:26 #1245671115: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:49.5784 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:36:27 #1245671145: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:45.1318 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:36:28 #1245671175: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:09.9812 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:36:33 #1245671347: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:64.8656 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:36:34 #1245671375: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:47.7898 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:36:35 #1245671415: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:26.5349 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:36:36 #1245671461: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:21.8506 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:36:41 #1245671617: 0.04 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:97.2494 profit: 0.40000000 2014-06-13 14:37:45 #1245673756: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:33.8547 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:37:47 #1245673794: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:61.4345 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:37:47 #1245673824: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:41.7218 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:37:48 #1245673851: 0.01 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:46.2298 profit:-0.01000000 2014-06-13 14:37:54 #1245674061: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:85.6451 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:37:55 #1245674098: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:14.3989 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:37:56 #1245674126: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:01.3642 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:37:57 #1245674160: 0.02 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:11.4983 profit:-0.02000000 2014-06-13 14:38:03 #1245674350: 0.04 BTC @ 9% hi: lucky:96.7545 profit: 0.40000000

It appears that yes, sometimes it really does if you have balls of steel... Here's how noway's win fits in with the rest of the week's gains and losses at JD: Here are his bets broken up into Martingale progressions: 0.5 -0.005 -0.005 -0.005 -0.005 0.1 -0.005 0.05 0.05 -0.005 -0.005 -0.005 -0.005 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 0.4 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 0.40 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.01 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 -0.02 -0.04 -0.04 -0.04 -0.04 -0.08 -0.08 -0.08 -0.08 -0.16 -0.16 -0.16 -0.16 -0.32 -0.32 -0.32 -0.32 -0.64 -0.64 -0.64 -0.64 -1.28 -1.28 -1.28 -1.28 -2.56 -2.56 -2.56 -2.56 51.2 I think this is an example of why it does not work. He was only going to win a few 0.005 bets in the best case scenario and in this case he was only a few bets away of losing his total bankroll. It was either a win of 0.005 or a loss of 100+ BTC.

people still use apple produts ? soooo 2013
but yeah, good news for you folks who do use apple and bitcoin in general. did they give a reason and to their change of heart ??
Apple has great products actually, it's just that they are uber expensive. I loved my iPhone when I had one and I've used Macs from other people. The OS is great, it's just the hardware that is way too expensive.

Ghash is a weird...odd place. I've also moved my mining to other pools. I can't for the life of me understand how the price of GHS is constantly on the increase there. Doesn't matter what BTC does or any of the attacks, the GHS price always is on the rise. To me, that's a sign of manipulation. But I am an idiot... and don't know wtf I'm talking about, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I've heard that the price of a GH/s was at 0.1BTC in December 2013 so it hasn't always been on the rise.

Whatever you do make sure to be patient and don't make hasty decisions. I don't know any statistics but I'm sure that when most people who get a ton of money are fastly parted with it. Everyone will want a piece once they know you have it. So make sure you keep it to yourself that you have that kind of money. Some people will know regardless, I'm sure the bank will call you about great investment strategies the second that money hits your account.

With regards to Satoshi not spending the (first) coins he mined. It's obvious that the designer of Bitcoin is very intelligent thus why wouldn't he already have a ton of wealth/fiat money before Bitcoin. No need to sell Bitcoin if you truly believe in it (and of course he is the number one believer) and you already have enough fiat to satisfy your living needs.

Would depend on what % of discount you get. Remember when aquiring bitcoins you often have to pay a premium to obtain them.

I think the recent drop in prizes has more to do with the 51% share of the mining pools and not with this sale.

Very nice to see there are more ATM's popping up. I'll be sure to buy some coins when I'm in Amsterdam.

Why go for a casino whit a .cc domain? thats even stupit as a casino.tk domain. Why go for a bitcoin casino, everyone knows the chances of winning are lower there. Why not go for 888 or Casino-on-Net, or even unibet? Almost all casino's, even those with .com addresses are located in obscure offshore countries. I remember so many poker sites who vanished with deposits and they all had .com domains. Always keep low amounts of money in those sites and just consider it as lost money since you have zero ground to stand on when shit hits the fan.

I have played on Sealswithclubs.eu and I would give them a 4. Everything works very well. I would give them a 5 if they had software comparable to Full Tilt and PokerStars.

I recently fell into the trap of investing there. I got eaten up in maintenance fees. Stuff like this is really working against Bitcoin. There have been a ton of big scams. I'm thinking pirate, Gox, BFL etc.

Erg leuke site!
