what reasoning is there for masternode operators to not dump their rewarded coins?
I think that if staking was introduced now it would give miners incentive to hold their coins and accumulate for masternodes instead of dumping because they would be rewarded along the way.
full disclosure i am a miner, however i havent dumped any coins and im not sure what miners would at this point (coin value is too low) so i dont think its that driving the price down. if i were to mine coins just to dump for max profit and not speculate for long term gains, i wouldnt be mining alqo.
was not around the last 2 days - so wasnt able to answer your question sorry. The reward scheme will be changed to MN:Miners:Devfee : 60:35:5%. There is always the other side of a coin. From a Miners perspective this change is bad. For Masternode owners its good. The community (at least a decent part of it) reached out to the devs to do something against the dumping of coins. They were not convinced if it makes sense to distribute the rewards differently as they would be anyhow created and prone to be dumped into the market. Nevertheless with the impression in mind that miners are more likely to dump, as they have to cover their expenses, compared to the masternode owners who are less likely to dump (they will do it too - thats for sure) we've decided together that a slight shift of rewards from miners to masternode owners might be beneficial to the overall "sell pressure". I know of a couple of miners who mine for the long term hold but most dont. Most miner simply mine to make profit - well thats business and they cannot be blamed for it. |

Was ist an iOS programmierung komplexer als an android programmierung? Mir ist auch aufgefallen, dass Android Apps oft früher auf dem Markt sind, als die iOS Versionen. Liegt es an der programmiersprache oder an der Kontrolle durch Apple im Appstore?
An der iOS Programmierung ist nix schwerer bzw. komplexer als an der android Programmierung. Meines Erachtens ist es sogar das gleiche nur auf verschiedenen Systemen kompiliert. Das Problem beim AppStore ist, dass man seinen Code für ein Review einreichen muss und das kann dauern... Aber aus gut unterrichteter Quelle weiß ich, dass der Basecode von Liberio wohl schon durch das Review durch ist und ein Release somit deutlich schneller gehen sollte als man das bei anderen Wallets gewohnt ist. |

Bin momentan nicht komplett im Bilde... wird die hausgemachte Wallet ein eingebautes 'Notification-System' haben? Das wäre doch optimal um systembedingte und/oder kritische Updates im Vorfeld anzukündigen.
Sagen wir mal so - "systemkritisch" wird nur das Update der Masternodes sein und die Leuts werden sich schon kümmern, dafür betreiben sie den ja. Bei den Wallets ist das relativ egal und wird sicherlich mit nem Auto updater abgefangen. Im letzten Announcement gabs allerdings auch so was wie ne "Auto update" Funktion für Masternodes. Wir lassen uns mal überraschen und ich hoffe mal das ich hier den deutschen Kanal halbwegs up to date halte ;-) |

Even though I check the Telegram channel, most of the interesting stuff seems to happen on Discord. So maybe I need to join there, too. Or maybe incorparate some news like new votes into the wallet? The voting system will be integrated into the liberio framework hence you should be able to see the actual votings by opening the wallet. We will see within the next 2 weeks how it will work. I guess once the Liberio wallet is out I'll try to make some explainatory videos about that as well if the team does not come up with it. My vote goes to XLQ - easily distinguishable ticker I still wonder why voting participation is so low?! Amazing dev team gives us all the opportunity to decide about future of the coin, but nobody seems to be interested  I think a lot of people are not following every step of the project. The regular trader oder MN hoster might not know or its basically not many people caring about such a minor topic. Addtly - I guess the devs do not vote to get the best impression what the community wants. |

Hi, everybody. I was wondering what is the exact number of coins now brings masternode? On the master node s website.online written 23 ALGO is true?
Its true for the moment - the site tells you the amount of alqo per day you get for a masternode. It depends on the block reward (which will be the same the next months) and the amount of masternodes which are online and eglible for payout. The more masternodes the less reward for one. If there are less masternodes - more for each. |

Wie kann es denn sein dass laut roadmap cold staking schon q1 2018 kommt aber erst ab Block 475201 möglich ist ? Wied dass dann einfach erst später aktiviert werden ?
Das ist wie dein Tempomat im Auto - der ist eingebaut, kannst ihn aber erst ab 30km/h nutzen. Bis zum o.g. Block ist ALQO noch ein PoW coin, erst ab dem Folgeblock wird der Konsensalgorithmus auf PoS umgestellt. Aktuell bekommt der Miner für seinen Einsatz Coins, später dann der Staker. No not yet - all people having ALQO signatures having it because they are convinced of this awesome project. At the moment there is no money available to fund such kind of things as its a community driven project. Nevertheless there has been agreed upon a funding which will enable us to do such kind of marketing but it needs some time for it to be implemented.
