61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do you think Altcoin can last for next 5 years? on: July 18, 2018, 09:04:48 AM
The future of altcoin can last longer than five years if the team developer and the acceptance of the public continue to exist just like Ethereum and the rest of the alternate coins.  There are altcoins that will burn and there are that will survive to be stronger.  The future holds many opportunities and project developers will continue to mint altcoins to address the needs of the internet users.  We live in a digital world and Intellectual Properties will continue to grow. IOT needs to be organize and standardize for easy access to users and protected too. Lexit Acquired the Future of creating a marketplace for M&A's through blockchain.  All of these are preparations for the future that needs altcoin.

LEXIT is Thrilled to Announce Partnership With Security Token Company, Tokenport
https://www.lexit.co/post/lexit-is-thrilled-to-announce-partnership-with-security-token-company-tokenport

"The LEXIT platform seeks to solve the current issue of the great cost barrier to conducting mergers and acquisitions deals—it tends to be a lengthy process which requires costly legal assistance and expert advisory help.

Tokenport are working to make traditional assets more liquid, meanwhile. This could be resolved by issuing security tokens, which also has the effect of reducing the number of participants needed to complete a deal."

A DYNAMIC TEAM, A DYNAMIC PARTNERS MAKES LEXIT FUTURE ACQUIRED

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Kucoin Voting Competition ? on: July 15, 2018, 01:34:34 PM
KuCoin voting competition is a healthy way of knowing how the crypto community accepts a project.  It also give a chance for the tokens project to be listed in an exchange with the support of its subscribers. The robot app of coin do not allow multiple voting of the project by the same subscriber and the result as I see it is just fair.

LXA The Law Firm Joins LEXIT Global Partner Program.

Choosing the proper combination of a partner that could provide a systematic information for  M & A's that could reduce the time frame for processing and documenting a negotiation. A law firm that believes in Lexit token as a payment for their services. A positive sign that the project could grow in the future.

Can you highlight the previous experience of the project team in executing blockchain projects?

The following are the four members of the project team who have experience in blockchain projects:

AMIR KALTAK, CEO (CO-FOUNDER) is an early adopter of the ever-evolving blockchain technology and remains active as a participant, keynote speaker and expert panellist at numerous blockchain events around the globe. WAJID KHILJI, CTO has two Master degrees and numerous academic achievements in Computer Science, demonstrating his capacity to seek new ways to program on the blockchain; his experience in blockchain showed in the successful development of smart contracts and ICO platforms. DR JASON CORBETT, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER on the other hand is the founder and Managing Partner of Silk Legal, a law firm with a specialization in FinTech and Block Chain / Distributed Ledger Technologies. And DMYTRO TKACHUK, SOFTWARE ENGINEER has a degree in Math & Computer Science and a wide range of skills and experienced in software development, both enterprise and open-source.

You can visit their linkedin accounts too.  The whitepaper at https://www.lexit.co/ can give you a more detailed information or chat live in their telegram channel on the aforementioned website.

You talk about all the experience these people have, but why don't you give some examples for their outstanding work? What are the software products they already built?

I did highlight the previous experience of the team in blockchain projects as requested.  And Lexit is collaborating with experts to help out their project. There was a webinar with the Lexit CEO and some members of the team. So just let your fingers find the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrKObMbKzoU "LEXIT Webinar "Exit Your Startup" with M&A Advisors".  Maybe you will know the team better and can find answers to your question.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should you expect from next generation blockchains. on: July 10, 2018, 03:45:43 PM
The next generation blockchain faces the challenge of trust and confidence. It has to protect the data and make sure that it is tamper proof.  Lexit a start up marketplace for IPs is bold enough to venture into this next generation blockchains. LEXIT allows entrepreneurs to trade intellectual property, copyrights and technology from discontinued projects, and even sell whole startups. Partnering with OCCI, LEXIT can make a compliance audit that could
give authentic external data as a start up for M & A.

The webinar just ended and it is refreshing to note that Lexit created a platform that help aspiring entrepreneurs on how to protect and sell their IPs.  And I give a big clap for the CEO Amir for answering and clarifying matters with enough knowledge on the subject matter being discuss at hand. LEXIT
is disrupting the way in which companies and their IP are being bought, sold, and licensed in a smart based blockchain platform. Such an innovative idea for tokenizing M & A.

72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will ICOs die? on: July 08, 2018, 03:40:58 PM
Are you talking about the death ofa particular ICO or the total banning of an ICO? My first answer to the first one is...ICO die if it did not reach the softcap. The second one is...ICO die in a certain country if it is regulated that they prohibit ICO.  One current example is China.

Is it true that Lexit has a partnership with Polymath and what is it all about?

Actually it is Lexit and Loci (https://loci.io) partner to help entrepreneurs.  As quoted from https://loci.io/2018/07/05/loci-and-lexit-to-become-partners-building-a-massive-global-ip-ecosystem-together/:

A partnership between the two entities will help to create a robust ecosystem that connects marketplace participants including entrepreneurs, buyers, and third-party professionals. The intention is to make the entire process of creating and transacting intellectual property less costly to businesses and entrepreneurs through blockchain technology. The two companies hope to help reduce the barriers for entrepreneurs seeking M&A and help bring liquidity to trillions of dollars in assets, sparking an accelerated growth of pace for global R&D.

“Loci and Lexit both work within intellectual PROPERTY, so let’s think of our partnership as if it were land property,” explains John Wise, CEO of Loci. “Loci is like the title and deed or land registry, whereas Lexit is like the realtors and brokerage. We each focus on an aspect of the industry which the other needs.”

The partnership is a wise move because solution routines for more complex problems can be dealt with.
76  Other / Archival / Re: ICO without whitepaper on: July 06, 2018, 07:51:57 AM
It is unthinkable that an ICO is without a whitepaper. Whitepaper plays an integral part of the ICO's project.  Investors would like to invest in a project with a good team that has an engineering experience to launch a tokenized project.  I believe that ICO's that do not have whitepaper has less chances of reaching its deployment as a utility.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: July 05, 2018, 02:49:53 PM
I join ICO's that requires KYC (Know Your Customer). One of the factor that contribute to the success of ICO is KYC. This is a US SEC requirement  in order that the token be listed in an exchange. However, I am joining ICO's with KYC if the team is transparent in sharing their identity and the result of their token sale also. It is nice to know that the project has a base and the team are real workers in the ICO they are promoting. They want to know me then I want to know them too.

Mergers and Acquisitions is an answer to a struggling or a progressing company and LEXIT project identification of pricing difficulties in your whitepaper is quite aggreable.  The first constraint is always the price decision that could later lead to a start for M&A. Being a part of this project is a challenge and I am looking forward to know how LEXIT could answer this cited factor in a platform so that the seller and buyer could meet and start a transaction.
