I would love to hear an update from TH. When can I get my refund? What's going on? When are you thinking of delivering? What happened with the chips? Did you get them? Etc etc etc

This is quite annoying. Asking for a refund and getting no responses. Im not a hard guy to get along with. I wish they would just answer my phone calls and have a solid chat with me about everything thats going on. Maybe then I would not want a refund, maybe I would but proper communication is the key to any business. It seems to me that TerraHash is no different then majority of business companies. Communication is 101% before the purchase and once they have your money... Poof. Thanks again, communication drops to nearly 0% and we wait months before we hear anything.
This is getting ridicules and I believe that no one that has purchased with you TerraHash deserves this type of treatment. You would be absolutely NOWHERE if your consumers did not buy from you. You would have NOTHING. I think we deserve better communication from you. Were not talking about a few dollars here but some big big numbers!
Please, start filling us in. Screw this "we cant say anything right now" bull s**t. Be more transparent. We deserve to know everything that is happening, because after all, it is OUR money that you are spending.

I'm sure we'll hear something from them today, at a more appropriate time for their timezone.

The changed it 24 hours BEFORE they accepted any orders.
People got refunds from them so I want one too. Don't care  Did you pay with Paypal and or CC? I don't know if anyone has got a refund paying Bitcoin or Cash. I paid via a wire transfer. |

This is f**cking ridicules. After many, MANY tickets and many MANY phone calls (to which he never freaking answers anymore?) I haven't gotten my refund. I ordered before they changed their refund policy so I'm good. Terrahash, please give me my refund or I will have no other choice but to take this to the next level. I have been waiting weeks for your response but to no avail. Please, give me my refund on order number 1230.

Looking to sell my 1-500 club spot and it is numbered below 200. This is an extra as I've used up another spot for my own orders.
I've checked with Sam and it's transferable. This is not a current order so you can use it to order any KNC miner.
