Fuck! looks like we are going to 7K.

Smells like a W-bottom to me:

(ignore the colors)
What we really need now are some ascending red candles. It would totally trick the bears.

Your comments are irrelevant to my criticism of the invalid trading advice of 'you should buy on a small low volume drop. the low volume is bullish'. I dont get how you get off with suddenly diverting the subject back to the long term strategy (an admission of defeat actually) or worse yet 'am i even hodling bro'

We just have different perspectives on btc and crypto it seems. You are a trader while I am content hodling. Perhaps you are still building up a stash that allows you to sit back and relax like me. I wish you good luck!
I partake in both hodling and intermittent trading. Even when I am not doing the trading part I still participate in discussing TA and analyzing others' analysis

Except that advice is terrible and not how bitcoin works at all. You want to buy bitcoin on huge high volume drops. If it's still dropping slowly on low volume that means you're still on that ramp in like a roller coaster on its peak and the real drop has not even begun yet. It takes volume to turn it back around and start a rally again - volume that you will get down on your knees and pray for.  Get ready to 'just by the frogging dip' on days with volume levels well over 100K which probably correspond to movements around 30% or so.

Can we talk about doom and gloom yet?

You should considering buying more Bitcoin before doom happens.

With none of these cycles occuring since the invention of Bitcoin we dont really have an indication of what this chart would do to Bitcoin prices. Some may actually theorize that a crash would occur in speculative investments like Bitcoin. There was a banker irl warning me in 2014 that I had 3 months to dump Bitcoin because he had some secret inside info from conferences with world leaders that a credit alteration was coming that was going to cause the apocalypse and riots and crash all the markets especially Bitcoin. That credit thing never happened but I wonder what would have happened if it did?

Did I miss a conversation about World Of Warcraft or something?

Ha Fontas and the troll box. Whatever happened to him?
In  late 2013 fontas' pumps kept getting shittier and shiiter. They degraded to a 2 hour period where he'd tell the troll box "pump starts now" and then "dump starts now" and you'd get this 2 hour bart chart. At some point he was selling memberships to learn about his pumps ahead of time for 25BTC each but by that time it was like a bad joke or a scam because his "pumps" were so terrible. He was supposed to make it up and have a super pump of litecoin on mtgox. Litecoin never opened on mtgox but then China took over and pumped it into the stratosphere way further than gox or fontas ever could have. I think he saw that with China on board with all the altcoins, he could no longer be in control, and he quietly disappeared. I saw him continue to make charts about other asset classes (like forex) on TradingView. I'm going to also guess that he wanted to distance himself from crypto for legal concerns and mixer his way out while he still could and the whole btce crime ring was still undercover and operational.

The next 3 years are critical.

This was one of the very first pumps I got burnt on in 2013 by Fontas.

Did you really think that duh hot newses or little conferences or slick worded blockchain barf talk from businessmen meant anything at all for bitcoin? What do you think this is a legacy stock?  Bitcoin doesnt care about news. The only thing that moves it are whales, TA, code changes, and new exchanges/liquidity.

mine tested ~125 waaay back around highscool.

i then discovered drugs. way more fun. of course way more disruptive as to the directions i had picked in college (programming). dropped college, stayed with drugs. much fun, much stupidity, some broken bones and other misc injuries from "here, watch mah beer" type stuff.

oh well. its part of what made me who i am today, and if i had a do over id probably choose drugs again.
I have the opposite story. I flunked out of my first year of college even though I was stone cold sober, due to a lack of discipline and video games. Then years later I went back to school, tooks drugs almost every weekend, and got a 4.0

Mine is above 140; Where does that put me?

Autistic.

I would bet bitcoins to donuts that Satoshi's IQ was in the 110-140 range. Along with all the core devs.

So once again, r0ach can rightly fuck off.
Did satoshi and the core devs build bitcoin because the thought it was going to moon and be the new world reserve currency or just because it was a fun tech project?

bitcoin came from the occupy wall street movement...!  Roll Eyes  ~it was to bring clarity to the financial markets...lol
Bitcoin came 3 years before Occupy...

Do you troll here just to talk your book, or because you have nothing better to do?
I don't see how your comment is relevant and how my comment could possibly have something to do with trading or my book.  It seems you are stuck in one mode of thinking.  I'm sorry you are having such a tough time with your trades this week.

Autistic.
Do you mean Aspergers? The autistic are low functioning and have below normal intelligence. I have a newphew with autism and he's having a lot of trouble getting through school and life and he's nothing like me and my aspergers apart from a few a-social personality traits we can somewhat relate with. I know a lot of people think of rain man and his ability to count numbers and such, but rain man's IQ was only 87..

Autistic.

Does anyone really rate IQ as any type of measurement beyond the ability to pass IQ tests?

I did a proper one at 17-18 and outgunned Einstein. You'd think that would set me up for the future command of my self built space station. Instead I decided sitting around would be a better thing to do and after a few decades I've just started to get into my stride with it.

Gotta go. Switching chairs now.
At some point too much human intelligence can become counterproductive or destructive, or lead us to realize that we don't need to do anything useful to be happy. Even those geniuses who accomplished great things were often some of the unhappiest people. There is a fine line between genius and madness. Some animals are smarter than humans yet all they do is walk or swim around.

i'm a very not good with computer

It's funny you mention that.  Out of the large section of people I know from bitcoin, this is how it breaks down:

IQ 80 or lower:  Thinks bitcoin is some type of pyramid scam or poorly designed centralized garbage that will implode

IQ 95-105:        Thinks bitcoin is the greatest invention since the wheel and will be the world reserve currency

IQ 110-140:      Thinks bitcoin is some type of pyramid scam or poorly designed centralized garbage that will implode
Mine is above 140; Where does that put me?

Stay tuned for the next episode of Hoarders - Buried Alive where the wall observer continues to hoard all of their bitcoins at all costs and develops a serious roach infestation.

I will be accepting the formal apology from the bulls on my desk by the end of the month. Thanks.
