it could be possible that Samsung Galaxy S10 will include a crypto wallet as it new feature, because there already brand like HTC that made Exodus 1 which made the phone as a hardware wallet. and if Samsung didn't want to get left behind they must come with a drastic measure.

to say that all ICO is trash was not quite right, because of thoose ICO scammer out there now it's hard for a decent project to be raised through an ICO. and it was true about 80% of ICO was scam but there still 20% of it worth to see.
it's all depend on us actually to get scammed or not. we can learn from ICO in the past year to determine which was scam and which was real.

that's because people think by joining in ICO they would multiply their investment quickly, so this is used by con artist by making ico project that said their investment will double by joining in their project.

so 20% of it is a real ICO project that surely worth to invest on.

there's still many ICO running out there it's just not as many as last year's when ICO became a trend and also because of market condition that made it hard to succesfully reach softcap many project choose to delay their launch or some even abandon the project halfway.

it's all depend on the project itself, if the project has value and have a use for it's token also active and experienced developers team so better join in ICO, cause it's good for the long run.
but the safe way was to invest after ICO but the profit is not as many on pre sale or even on private sale.

i would prefer anonymity rather than regulation using KYC if possible.
because even KYC nowadays can't fully prevent scam, people can fake their identity on social media or full KYC check. even video call for KYC can be cheated by hiring someone. so to say that it can prevent scam was not really true, the best it can do was only minimize it.
the first cryptocurrency bitcoin was created to make it's transaction posible confirmed by everyone but can also stay anonymous. also blockchain selling points is anonymity. so it's right to say if crypto community boast it's anonymity and it's nearly imposible to be regulated at least for now.

i read on ethereum ANN page and people say it will delayed till end of february, didn't watch the video yet though.
it's for the better that hard fork got delayed because a problem was found, it will become a huge issue if after hard fork there will be a problem on ethereum network.

it's really unbelievable with the bear market right now that ICO combined still manage to raise that amount, i read the article and amazed with just ICO from canada combined it raised $80 million, cause not many project was successfully reach their softcap this month due to the market condition and it's losing popularity due to many scam ICO and mostly got their price dumped when hit exchange.

it's sad to say that there already people who got scammed by fake ethereum hard fork Ethereum NOVA and ETCV, all the site got suspended and ETCV telegram channel got the name changged.
as for ethereum constantinople hard fork launch got delayed and still no news about new date till now.

there's no one who know for 100% what the future of cryptocurrency look like, but many people predict that in the middle of 2019 there will be good significant change on the market for the better.

i agree with your suggestion if bounty program reward was usdt.
rather than paying hunter with token from ICO it will be good for the project itself if the reward was in USDT. to avoid bounty hunter spamming ICO telegram channel with repeated question like when exchange and when bounty distribution and also to prevent price droping on market because mostly hunter tend to sell the reward right away whatever price maker put on market.

there is no organization to defend bounty hunter from not getting paid in bounty campaign. when we join bounty campaign we should aware of all the risk in it. so it's all on us, next time better to be carrefully choose bounty that you want to join.
if you already joined and do the task for a few month and they change the term at the end of bounty you better to follow their rule if it still acceptable, since that was some of the risk for joining bounty campaign.

unshared token reward for bounty naturally still in dev hand, i also wondering about this since at bounty thread they wrote that token to be shared to all participant and token allocation should be set already in their site, whether it for marketing, project development, token sale and bounty
i agree with you, to prevent people from cheating in bounty program all rule should be set already and screening should take before people start doing their task and not after bounty period end. and stakes for those who cheat in bounty program should be voided so token allocation go to hunter who really sincere in promoting the project.

it's not like all hunter hate KYC, some people choose to keep anonymous when doing bounty hunting while most really hate it since they use more than 1 account to join 1 bounty program, so it's understandable if they complain about filling KYC to verify their identity for joining bounty.
i'm not that fond of filling KYC to join bounty program, but i think it's a good thing in decreasing bounty participant to cheat when join a bounty program.
