So it's an exchange? But, what is the digital real estate ecosystem? What are these? Can we trade our real estate property there or is it a place to do the selling? ecosystem will consist of 2 main portion Equity Invest and Equity Exchange
Equity Invest: it will open to real estate developer and real estate funds to raise capital on the platform, in exchange they will offer a higher than average return from 7-10% yield and 15-40% IRR to its investors and raise necessary funds to begin begin their project. Equity Exchange: investors can liquidate their investment if they deems to do so. Exchange will provide guarantee liquidity similar to coinbase and some crypto exchanges, which is initially facilitated by project sponsors for the first 5% will be handle by smart contract. Thereafter, Equity Reserve will purchase if necessary to provide guarantee liquidity to its exchange users. By year end we will consider to open the platform to private equity, hedge funds and venture capital as well.

we are very different from other real estate related projects out there.. we are developing an entire ecosystem from fundraising, investing, liquidating all in one. platform would also guarantee liquidation of any investment made on the platform by project investors if they desire to do so, we will have an asset back tokenize exchange to facilitate that aspects of it.

wont be easy, we will launch our crowdfunding platform in united states first, then aboard once we obtain additional regulatory license respectively. Process of obtaining license will be very time consuming and expensive but we are looking toward it.
