61  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 11, 2019, 11:16:17 PM
And Alts are showing better gains than BTC. Strange days indeed

I think on some 1st larger drop ALTS are gona lose that gain and drop more, and BTC will get again even bigger piece of cake
Thats at least what i am seing since btc reached 4k and went up
62  Economy / Speculation / BTC will go a bit down, ALTS a lot down, then BTC again a lot up on: May 11, 2019, 07:29:59 PM
I see this scenario to happen before next larger move of BTC up:

BTC will slide down for like 5-10%, ALTS will go down double that amount at least, BTC will gain again even larger dominance and after that it will go again even more.

Your thoughts on that?

6770... Man I'm going to start touching myself here.....

Are there any shorts left alive at this point?

calibrate your datum of record to bitstamp please
Hm. I have been using Coinbase, it's pretty reasonable and not Finex (which for some reason is back in line this morning). Everyone loves stamp?

Sorry man.  We need to all speak the same language otherwise people get confused.

Coinbase led for much of the 2017 rally so it was not aligned with Bitstamp.  We were calling Bitstamp, Bearstamp.

Bitstamp is the chosen price on the Wall because it is the oldest and most reliable exchange. It also doesn’t have leveraged trading and various other fuckery common in other exchanges.

Here is a chart showing the spread between Coinbase and Bitstamp during the peak of the 2017 rally.  As you can see Coinbase / Gdax was trading up to 6.5% higher than Bitstamp.

Here is a 15 minute chart from today.  You can see that Coinbase was up to 0.5% higher than Bitstamp, which translates to $34 at these levels.

other fuckery Smiley

Just and idea for next (or next after next) voting on this wall:
voting: when will the btc price reach number of post pages on this forum Smiley
which is now 23778, buts its increasing quite fast

I'm always amazed to see how nice and clean a country with no brown people is.

Yeah, China also so clean and nice. Good thing they have no brown people there. Who knows what kind of cesspool of inhumanity, pollution and overpopulation it would turn into...

There are some extraneous circumstances there:

1)  Overpopulation tends to force humans to see each other as the enemy in a zero sum game.  There's really zero incentive at play to worry about things like 'tragedy of the commons'.

2)  Chinese are the sick man of Asia - culturally destroyed by communism and doomed to have a dysfunctional civilization until it's after effects are gone (who the hell knows how long that will be).

3)  Lopsided male to female population distribution.  With females being mostly predatory parasites seeking resources, one of their few coherent, shared cultural ideals revolves around the worship of money, otherwise you will have nothing to attract the female with.  The worship of money as an end instead of a means to an end is never going to create anything good.

I always wondered if you are a bot or computer program or a real person.

The US is the biggest endorser of Bitcoin.

I just had a strange thought.

I don't know If I will able to express myself like I would in my native language but I'll try my best.

Does anybody find it weird that technologies like mp3, napster, torrent, bitcoin are almost always invented in the US where you get thrown in Jail if you don't pay your taxes or use pirated software, in other words, where the law is too strict?

Now I know what you'll counter me with this: "USA is the most developed country yo noob what did you expect?"

Just stay a while and listen.

I am not talking about that.

It is like they do it on purpose.

It is like they didn't shut down the torrent network willingly. I know they jailed the TPB owner and shut down their website many times but I don't believe they really wanted it. Cuz: "Last remaining Pirate Bay founder freed from jail"

They do it on purpose so people with minimum wages can enjoy movies and books other stuff where only the rich can enjoy "legally".

You become an illegal when you pirate a software but only if you get caught and unless you are too dumb, you'll never get caught.

They are trying to suppress the anger which is raising among the people by giving them these sedatives. If the anger raises to a certain point, it'll become a riot. >> See France.

This is one of the reasons why they invented Bitcoin.

To give people a chance to enjoy the stuff that only the rich enjoy. (like lambos)

I mean there are tons of other reasons but I am sure this is one of them.

The FIAT rich people, naturally, always want to get richer. And in this system, there are thousands of them and they all want to live without working. When there are too many of those freeloaders, the system gets clogged down. And we are already there. In other words, the system has failed.

These rich people need to get poorer. You'll either have to kill them one by one (which'll take lots of effort) or you need to find a way to affect all of them with one trick. What trick would that be? By introducing a new monetary system!

...to make those old kings poorer some other people need to get richer and who do you think these new elite are? Crypto adopters.

The beauty of this,

If guys like Warren Buffet don't join this game, He'll lose shitloads of potential gains because if he doesn't some other rich dude will. And If he decides to join, then he just speeds up the process! of the desctruction of his FIAT investments!

They make news about bitcoin and how it is being used by terrorists and drug dealers but then what? They don't shut coinbase down, instead they say they'll eventually approve the bitcoin ETF!

They make it incredibly painful to use banks but then they also introduce a semi-legal system where it is all free and easy!! (like bitcoin)
They make it fairly expensive to buy movies, books etc for a minimum wage worker but then they also introduce the alternative, torrent!!

Weird.

Edit: Just saw this:
https://torrentfreak.com/pirate-bay-founder-released-from-jail-but-immediately-re-arrested-150828/

So things are a bit messy with TPB. Dunno what his last situation is.

If I remember correctly youtube was also supposed to be illegal and was getting sued (by sony i think and some others). And i would dare to think that majority of things on google was illegal at that time, but then google stepped in......and ...money talked. Now majority of things on youtube is not illegal, but there is still a lot of illegal things, but now google owns it (alphabet)

the engine on water invented long ago, but the fuel companys always destroy such inventions, so as not to lose power https://youtu.be/Jivb7lupDNU

therefore, a million old modems 56 for them is better than one novelty, the future for a gross increase of block size

BULLSHUT

73  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 1$ on: December 16, 2018, 06:11:28 PM
DONT be fucking stupid, when it was 20k$ i said it will dump to 3.6k$ you dont believed , Now iM TELLING YOU btc WILL go to 1$  soon, There is no logic in crypto, do you understand?

You are what you said to other (f... s...)
The thing with bitcoin is: it can still drop a lot and a lot and a lot, but at some point some big whale will buy a lot, and some other whale a lot (if it comes to cheap price) and it will triger jump , imagine that happens at 10$ or 50$ when someone can invest 50 million in small steps to force price all, and shit will go up. So its a matter of some big whales who believe in crypto (and in fact that other will role in if they increase price). And 1$ or even 10$ is just to low.

Elon Musk smoking a joint...lol.

Hah. When he is photographed sucking nitrous oxide from Hefty Lawn and Leaf bags I will be impressed and welcome him to the club.

My friends tended to like Glad bags (don't get mad, get Glad!) but I prefer Hefty because they are tough enough to overstuff.....

I would not be surprised if we soon hear news "Musk just bought more Tesla shares"

I come to check how many "to the moon" posts.
I would like to be optimistic, but I am afraid bears just opened up a bit to catch new suckers. Unfortunately price wont go up without news suckers. So i think it all depend on bears. Did they just open up to catch new suckers, or did they brought price down enough for them to become bulls. I think bears are still bears waiting.
