Anyone had their membership status dropped by one? Is this related to above?

Anyone else seen their membership status drop by one? Any idea why?

One reader has expressed his concerns re the initial 75 stakeholders. It might be an idea for someone knowlegeable and articulate to counter this..

Yep. It's, called Capitalism. You have to have people at the top if you want people at the bottom, and without people at the bottom, there wouldn't be anyone at the top. The bottom want to be at the top, and the top don't want to be at the bottom. Of course it's unfair. It's Capitalism.
My brain collapsed. hilarious ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

ok, so I have the web client running. is there anything else that I need to do to "forge" nxt? Sorry if this has been answered. 1000+ pages is a lot to wade through.
You need some Nxt, and no high expectations of getting a block if you don't have a big amount. Forging is nothing like mining. You won't get rich by forging ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Well, if you invest the price of a decent bitcoin mining rig into nextcoins and a raspberry pi to forge with, things look a lot different. And as a nice side effect, that mining rig has only minimal power consumption and will not stop earning because someone just made a better ASIC. True, but I had the assumption he didn't have Nxt yet. If you have a substantial wallet, the returns could be nice, especially if fees go up as they did today. How much is a substantial wallet? ball park? I have a sizeable quantity ( but maybe its relatively small) which i leave on an exchange. Would I be better moving them to the client and leave it running? Is that forging? You only forge with Nxt that is in your account. One of the bases of calculation for your chances for forging a block is the amount of your Nxt in the account divided by the total Nxt "in play" on the network. Nxt on an exchange does not benefit you for forging, only Nxt in your open account. Edit: I believe the amount for forging one block a day lies in the region of 200,000 Nxt, but I may be off with that. Thanks. Is it ok to stay on 0.4.7? see people with issues after upgrade..

whats the advantage of these besides the extra length? Im planning on trying to run 5 290's per board and have been reading about problems trying to get windows to see all the cards and people having to short certain pins in the risers to get it to work. Do these take care of all those issues? Do these cables meet the industry standard for load tolerance and insulation etc.. all it takes is one bad cable for the whole operation to go up in smoke?
side question to anyone: could you recommend a 1350w psu gold with 4 pcie 6 pin and 4 pcie 8 pin connectors? ( will a 1350w be enough for 4 R9 290's (non x) Tri X (sapphire) cards (and nothing else)? I was told they take ~275w each- have I enough headroom?

Thank you to all who replied. Been busy and changed my game plan slightly.
i just got 15 x sapphire r9 290 tri x and was going to do 5 rigs with win 7..now i think ill try 3 rigs with 5 cards.. i already have 3x Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 AMD 990X (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard and 3x Silverstone SST-ST1200-G Strider Evolution Gold Series - 1200 Watt
could i run 5 cards on this mobo in win 7? how much extra power would i need for each rig? would i run 3 or 4 cards off the 1200w? could you tell me exactly what else i need to make it work..ie specific power risers, things to connect psu's etc.. (Its my first build- so will need it spelled out)
Does my mobo need powered risers?- does the speed of the pcie slots matter?
Do the psu's use only the minimum power required? or should i get the least wattage i require to minimise costs of electricity?
Is it safe to plug multiple psu's on an extension lead into a single 220v mains socket? How do i get all the rigs to output to one monitor? Any other tips for safety and cost reduction?
thanks thanks

thanks... some noob questions.. i think this card is overclocked out of the box? is that right? what is the benefit of overclocking it further? and the downside? could you also explain what undervolting is and why i would do it? Undervolting is lowering the default voltage of the gpu. This will save on your electricity bill, and generate less heat, but will generally drop your hashrate as you may have to lower your clocks to run stable. There is a lot of tweaking involved ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Ok thanks. I figure i shouldnt need to go near that then as these cards run near 70 degrees? If I overclock the card to the max will I get even higher hashrate?
