61  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: December 15, 2013, 07:35:01 PM
So what's the latest updates on this loan from Graet now ?

No updates. Looking at past and how rarely he gives updates, it will probably take another month for him to start paying dividends directly and give us an update.

You have committed to sharing information and then after a long wait you have shared practically no information.

Have you seen the written contract between Danny and Ukyo with all the details, liabilities and deadlines? I didn't think so.

Danny has no legal responsibility and has a right to remain silent with zero consequences.

Possibly, though it's nowhere as clear-cut as you think.
You are robbed, and I tell you "The cops won't get your stuff back.  The guy who robbed you is staying with me, and i'm working on getting your stuff back.  Wait."  At this point, i most certainly have legal liabilities.  Especially if it could be shown that my promise to "work on the problem" affected your decision to report a crime.

You have zero facts about what really happened and on what terms he agreed to help. I'm sure that Danny consulted his lawyers and whatever he gets from Ukyo for help, he's agreed to zero responsibility.

Your robbery example is pure bullshit and doesn't apply in this situation at all. You can continue your trolling as long as you want. You can think whatever you want.

I'm saying this to others who think going legally after Danny is a good idea. That will give you nothing, Danny doesn't have to say a single word. There is no contract signed by Danny where he agreed to any liabilities or commited to sharing anything. Such contract doesn't exist.

Neo & Bee and don't have any liabilities towards WeExchange users. Nothing at all. Danny also has no legal responsibility and has a right to remain silent with zero consequences. Going after Danny will give you nothing and will just waste your time and money.

Going after Ukyo will help to get the truth but it won't make easier to get the funds back.
65  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 12, 2013, 10:53:33 AM
Ukyo probably fucked up and made a huge mistake when tried to fix bitcoind. At some point he had all the private keys of all the wallets.

He should've started an operation to fix bitcoind with help from a team of professionals, but being an idiot he is, he tried to fix it by himself, which is extremely hard. So he either destroyed or lost all the data in the process, or it was leaked and someone stole the bitcoins.
66  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 10, 2013, 09:35:21 PM
I didn't post about this after they called.

How do you know it was SEC? Did they prove they were really SEC?
67  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: December 09, 2013, 01:29:26 PM
I don't understand why dividends are (were?) being paid via a system which Graet would know (as a director of weexchange) has lost coins.

Because he himself had funds in the broken system that he can't withdraw. By paying them inside of the broken system he makes them available to him, because he can say he paid them, it's not his fault the system broke.

So if WeExchange doesn't pay out, he effectively converted his frozen funds into real one.
68  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: December 07, 2013, 08:35:09 PM
So seems like the dividends are no longer being sent to Bitfunder... and they don't seem to be being forwarded to Weexchange.

Graet: We could all use an update here. Doesn't have to be much but a provisional plan would be nice.

Thanks

He paid 7 BTC on the last day of November, so it means we're covered until December 8th. I hope Graeme can give an update tomorrow, but looking at how slow his communication has been so far, I'm not expecting anything for several weeks.

Next time he pays dividends, it will probably cover at least a week or maybe even a month. Paying every day isn't for best, because the transation fees will take a lot from the dividends. I'm quite alright with weekly or monthly dividends.
69  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 07, 2013, 08:25:56 PM
I very much appreciate that Ukyo and Danny are working together to do this. Danny has a super cool startup to take care of, and people are bitching, which is just sad.
Oh, really?

I have managed to login to weexchange.co and can see my still pending/processing withdrawal.
What a surprise! Another one who wants to get bailed out.

I think no one wants a bailout. However, if the situation can be solved without involving Neo's funds (which I trust Danny will do) I don't see anything wrong.

Don't feed the troll. How can anyone take a single word seriously from this pankkake dude, who offers "trolling services"?
70  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 07, 2013, 07:50:56 PM
the chance to get the funds back is higher and the timeframe is shorter compared to Ukyo doing it all alone.
The chance to get YOUR funds. I have no funds tied on BitFunder, never had, never will.
Yes, it's an issue than Neo & Bee spends any time helping this failed exchange.
Trying to involve people who should not be in this failure makes you a scammer.

Did I say whose funds I meant by _the funds_? Did I ever say you had funds on BitFunder/WeExchange? Why are you telling me about _YOUR funds_? Isn't it obvious the funds means the funds of those who have them at BitFunder/WeExchange?

Are you telling me if Ukyo didn't ask for help he wouldn't be a scammer, but if he asks for help, he's automatically a scammer?
By YOUR, I mean YOUR. The funds you have. And the scammer is you.
Is that so hard to understand?
I don't care about Ukyo - scammer, incompetent, both, I don't care. Just don't bring his mess to others.

Why the fuck are you telling me I have funds on WeExchange? Didn't I just tell in the above message I had a couple of bitcoins in WeExchange?

And why are calling me a scammer? Who I have scammed? Give me proof before making such accusations. Oh wait, I see you're both a compete idiot and a troll. Never mind.

The amount of idiots who blame Neo & and Bee for helping Ukyo makes me sick. They don't have any liability towards the users of BitFunder and WeExchange. All of the responsibility and liabilities are still on Ukyo and his WeExchange company.

Neo & Bee helping is a good thing, not a bad, because the chance to get the funds back is higher and the timeframe is shorter compared to Ukyo doing it all alone.

cryptocyprus, don't listen to ungrateful idiots and trolls.

Anyways, I have a couple if bitcoins now at WeExchange, they were automatically transferred from BitFunder to WeExchange two days ago. Should I initiate a withdrawal or should I wait until you fix it? I'm in no hurry and would rather initiate the transfer that will be executed quickly than withdraw now and wait until you fix it anyway...

Also getting stuck at 'verifying message'. The input box says 'enter signed message' but I assume only the signature is required?

Yes, open your BTC client, click sign on the corresponding bitcoin address, paste the message into the field, click Sing Message, copy-paste only the signature.

Worked for me, but it was over 24h ago, now it might not work.
74  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Just-Dice investment account with 479BTC commission-exempt earnings! on: December 04, 2013, 01:40:30 PM
Will bidding time be extended for 5 minutes after the last bid like they do in many other auctions?
75  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: November 29, 2013, 01:55:16 PM
Anyone got news about the loan ?

Is it possible to pay out ? or get the future dividends to the public adress ?

Do you ever read older messages from the thread or just ask whatever you want right away?
76  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: November 26, 2013, 10:00:14 PM
Graet, stop paying fucking dividends into fucking BitFunder. The funds at BitFunder are most likely either frozen on seized, shit hit the fan, Ukyo himself said it.

If we won't get the dividends that you paid while it was a known fact that WeExchange had withdrawal problems, you will pay all those dividends for the second time, that time for real.
77  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 24, 2013, 10:15:11 PM
By the way... friedcat still is only paying divs to 400,000 shares? I checked the feeder addresses and it doesnt look like divs for another 400,000 shares are going away. But friedcat and his team has to earn too somehow. Maybe my look at the addresses wasnt good enough only.

He always paid for all 400,000 shares. Bitfountain owns around 59% of those 400,000 shares. So 59% of all dividends go to the founders, FriedCat and few others.
78  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The People VS. Ukyo (AKA WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam)! Currently ~$500,000 on: November 23, 2013, 01:23:44 PM
Wow... never have seen such a bad Trustrating... but i dont understand this post. Graet and ukyo didnt respond about what? They should pay something to TH or the other way around?

TF claims they have defaulted loans on CL, which does not help refunding, as far as I understand.

Graet didn't loan anything on CL, but TF had Graet.loan bonds in his hedge fund. Graet hasn't redeemed those bonds, but says he intends to redeem about half of all his bonds by mid 2014.

So its TH that is in debt? I have read it this way too. If its the case its not a good news anyway because it means ukyo might have lost money there... private money.

I don't know who TH is, but I mean TradeFortress = TF, the guy behind inputs.io, coinlenders and btcinvest. BTCinvest had some Graet.loan bonds, that TF wants to redeem them to return the funds to the holders of BTCinvest.

Graet, can you stop paying to BitFunder? Just take the asset list from BitFunder and declare that all the shares are direct and any transfers inside of BitFunder will be invalid from that moment on.

Transfers then could be made through you if people decide to trade your bonds. Dividends then will be paid once a month or so. There are a bit over 100 holders, if there are going to be trades, you can manage that on your own. There is no need for listing the asset on any exchange. In that case traders will pay fees for tradidng, and I believe there is listing fee to?
