61  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I'm not getting confirmation emails from the Bitcoin wiki. on: July 25, 2013, 05:56:37 AM
An update: recieved 3 confirmation emails all at once today in my spam folder. The links in them had expired by a couple hours or so.
So something's sending, but only when it feels like it! Resent emails, been 10 minutes and still waiting. Sad

What Email do you use?
 Gmail? Hotmail?

I guess the delay might come from the Email system.  Embarrassed
Then I won't use the Email to receive Email from BTC WIKI..
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Using a separate bank account for Bitcoin income on: July 24, 2013, 10:15:17 PM
Get an offshore HSBC or Swedish bank account in Hongkong, Belize etc. I know some people did that, but they spend most of the years out of US.
63  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: promoting (and earning) bitcoins spreading bitkeyn links instead of normal links on: July 24, 2013, 10:08:34 PM
Like a donation? Like http://flattr.com/ but for bitcoin? Good idea!
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Doing for Money What Email Did for Snail Mail on: July 24, 2013, 10:04:13 PM
While I doubt bitcoins will ever replace cash, I believe that they will eventually weaken credit cards and the banking system.

Agree!
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin becoming the one world currency for the New World Order? on: July 24, 2013, 06:30:11 AM
In the beginning, some NWO were created by BTC.
BTC did change something.

But I think BTC today is still too weak to keep the NWO.
You know, the huge old things could destroy it in seconds.
So holding BTC is still with high risk.  Roll Eyes
66  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am I too late for the profit? on: July 24, 2013, 06:20:19 AM
Yes.
You are late.

Why not ask here before purchase?
But it won't be too bad.  Grin
67  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would there be an interest for a Bitcoin Gambling Source? on: July 24, 2013, 02:30:39 AM
Why don't u run it yourself? But sell it?
68  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie question -_- bitcoin download on: July 23, 2013, 05:51:24 PM

If you use bitcoin qt,
your new wallet will have a original address.
And you can create your own.

You can find it on its interface,
you won't miss it.  Wink
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Charities and bitcoin on: July 23, 2013, 05:46:37 PM
Yes.
I know some charity foundations accept bitcoin.
Simply because they could change bitcoin to USD.
But they won't hold bitcoins as us.

You can phone  the charity foundations to ask
that whether they accept BTC or not.  Grin
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many alt coins, so little hashing power...what to mine? on: July 23, 2013, 05:39:37 PM
If you are holding some bitcoins now,
you could be interested with other kinds of coins.
But you don't have to hold them.

Even BTC has lots of problems.
Say nothing of other coins.

In fact, lots of persons know about BTC,
but just a few of them would really hold BTC.
Don't be too serious.

Just play it.   Cool
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which site gave you the most profit? on: July 23, 2013, 03:41:40 PM
I would say https://coinprize.com is the fairest game, simply because it solely depends on the NASDAQ data, no server side generated randomness involved, completely provably fair for all players.
72  Economy / Gambling / Re: Let's count on: July 23, 2013, 12:34:05 PM
Looks like bitcoin is still a savvy coin
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 7 things that kill coins on: July 23, 2013, 06:30:41 AM
Since you think bitcoin is dying,
I guess you have sold all your bitcoins.  Roll Eyes
74  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: what other bitcoin exchanges are there other than mtgox? on: July 23, 2013, 06:21:03 AM
The smaller exchange sites have the same problems with mt.gox.
Don't be too seriously as long as your BTC or money are still in your account.  Wink
75  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it possible to "work" as a gambler and live off the profits? on: July 23, 2013, 06:15:46 AM
Oh.
Forget about the profits.
Even the miners can't find their profits.

You should be happy if your BTC keep the same value as you purchased. Grin
76  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Freelancers & Service Providers caution on: July 23, 2013, 06:09:03 AM
Its price could change every minutes.
It has the original risks for seller or buyer.  Roll Eyes
77  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Gambling on: July 23, 2013, 06:04:32 AM
I think..
Don't complain after gambling.. Undecided

You had so many BTC for gambling.

I only have less than 20 BTC,
and I purchased them on the average price of 122 USD.  Sad
78  Economy / Economics / Re: To know about the different investment styles between yours and others. on: July 23, 2013, 05:57:57 AM

1. If BTC stays around 100 USD for a long time, will you purchase it?   How much will you purchase?

My experience is that if BTC price stays around the same level for a while, then it's going to fall unless something new occurs that will prompt people to buy.

Now is one week latter,
we all know BTC stays around 95 USD.

Did you sell your BTC or purchase more during last week?   Cool
79  Economy / Gambling / Re: Let's count on: July 23, 2013, 02:33:57 AM
please don't choose "I'm both" if you are only a gambler on your own casino. Thanks!
80  Economy / Gambling / Let's count on: July 23, 2013, 02:15:53 AM
Let's count how many members in this sub forum are gamblers and how many are casino website owners.
I started this topic simply because some one said this place has the most bitcoin gamblers. Are you a gambler? Or a casino owner?
