I would suggest not to buy any altcoins at this moment and better to keep your bitcoins in storage. The altcoin bloodbath is continuing and people are loosing their money in this.
This is a very good approach! As we now all experience being an Ethereum holder hurts quite a lot. And I don't know when to expect some recovery from this crash. I would suggest the same. But you can observer ICO prices of some promising and safe altcoins to buy when they are cheap. But don't go all in, just use 10%, then if it drops, buy 20% more and so on.. |

Yes, indeed the market is down, but it does not make me want to stop! Conditions like this will end soon, look at the market again improved though not much, but this as a sign that the crypto survive. I am now losing money from the declining value of my assets... but I decided to change my big assets like bitcoin to altcoins that have smaller values and more profits.  Actually it is far too late for quitting. I assume the one who didn't left in time has already lost 9/10 of it's capital, if so, now it is not a good time to quit for him. |

I do not know why some people have the notion that crypto will crash. Bitcoin is not going to crash even in the next 10 years. So also, not all altcoins will crash. Which is why i only invest into altcoins with good working products. Altcoins with good products serve as drivers or propelling that will keep the project or coin going and last longer.
These are the kind of altcoins i believe people should invest in.

Experience is the best teacher. Do not worry too much about it .We all make bad judgement. In crypto currencies dealing you can not predict what happens . Just be patient HODL you coins until you feel you have make good profit to sell but remember those coins can turn to shit coins.Its a risk you have to take.

After 1-2 years we would see ethereum to go back to 1000$ level then see the 2500$ levels. But now, the whales want to renew the traders in this area. Because if experienced traders stay here, they will not lose next time. If they go and come new ones with emotion of greed to make 10x, whales will release the bitcoin and alcoins to go "moon", then again we will see a big crash. So the thing is, wait until it drops as much as it can. Then buy it and hold 2 years at least. Your 200$ will be 2000$ without trading. |

Panic for what?
Since i trade on exchange, panic will be friend everyday. If price going low, and we think will going up again but price going down more, it will make you to sell you coin immediately. It is called PANIC SELLING.
If i in condition panic, i decide to hold around 2 week, and sell it whatever will be.
you are not panic selling, that part is right but what you do is not right either! you are panic holding! when price goes down every experience trader knows that they have to sell and you have to do it as fast as possible. you should not confuse "panic selling" with "stop loss". these are two very different things. a panic sell is when the dump is already over and price is at the bottom and you sell so that you miss out on the recovery. but a stop loss is when you sell a long time before the dump has ended to prevent a big loss and protect your investment. also the "panic holding" is when a newbie thinks if he holds that altcoin that is getting dumped he is being right and he will make a profit. but what happens in reality is that the newbie loses a lot of money, locks his funds in some shitcoin that got dumped and because he will wait a very long time for the recovery and finally he will panic sell eventually at a much bigger loss. Hahahah yeah he is right, you are panic holding. The panic sell is totally different than holding 2 weeks a dropping down asset.. Panic is something everyone lives in their trading lives. This taste must be tasted once. Everyone do this mistake, but sometimes panic sell actually prevents you losing more money. So don't panic, use stop loss That's the key. |

what we are really waiting for is the recovery of the market, because it has been around for half a year or so that the bear market is still continuing or the market has experienced a rather drastic decline, and whether or not this bear market will occur, and in my opinion that is driving up and down the price of BTC are investors, when investors buy btc in stages, the price of btc will gradually rise, but when investors start selling their btc, the price of btc will gradually decrease, that is in my opinion.

Ethereum is not better than bitcoin. if it was better, it would have risen in price long ago and surpassed bitcoin.
Simple and to the point, if ethereum was as good as people make it out to be then surpssing bitcoin would have happened already and the evidence right in front of us is telling us that is not the case, how many years are going to need those that believe in ethereum to finally realize that ethereum is not going to surpass bitcoin? Ethereum is a decent coin but it has simply too many problems that cannot be fixed and I think that in the future it is going to be surpassed by other coins offering smart contracts as well. Actually they are different things. Bitcoin is candidate of money. Ethereum is for some other projects with smart contracts. We see that after 9 years, bitcoin still works like a charm without any bug or security weakness. So it can be someday a real money instead of an investment tool |

In my knowledge when crypto drop the reasons behind the drop in the past was the high selling and short selling while some time bad news regarding crypto comes in the market which also change the crypto price. I think it's as a result of various negative news leading to low confidence in the market
To me I think that the panic selling is the main reason for the price to drop, we have experienced that once the price start decreasing its price the inexperienced investors and trader get panic and then they try to sell their stock even with a big lost which create selling pressure in the market and therefore the price continue to drop. Main reason for the price drop is low demand from the people. When people do not demand for more bitcoin, there will be a lot of supply in the market but there would be no buyers and thus the price goes down. Other reason I think is market manipulation. Whales manipulate the market according to their well and when they want they change the price. Yes! Also the reason is called "consolidation". Someone pumps the coin then waits others to buy then they sell with profit, after that many traders lose money by holding that coin. Holders start to sell after some time, then others sell and so on... |
