I think SEC are only meant to regulate crypto exchanges. USDC is a stable coin and it serve as a security enough. But SEC is now trying to regulate almost everything. Well, Seems they once accused of BUSD not security.
This is actually their purpose, to regulate but most of the time they are just trying to catch up with the market as if this is a big threat for them. SEC is not good all the time, this is also why XRP is doing their best to win the case against SEC because they miss understand its concept and its purpose. Though most of the investors rely with the update from SEC, I hope that SEC will do their job correctly according to the interest of the public and not for their own interest. |

This is the current issue with BUSD, there’s a lot of fud and rumors about it, you might be in trouble if you just ignore this one. To be safe, Bitcoin and top altcoins are more ok to deal with right now because there’s a lot of issues going on with the stablecoins, though if BUSD drops most probably Binance itself will also be affected and this might be the start of another panic in the market.

If Bitcoin drop doesn’t mean many altcoins will die, they will just follow the trend of Bitcoin and probably will survive the drop as well especially if its a good altcoins.
Looking at the market now, its getting better and Bitcoin is trying to break the resistance level again which I believe Bitcoin will succeed this time. AI, metavers and NFTs, these are the projects that i see a lot of potential so better to develop a good one for this and maybe you might be able to attract more investors on the next bull run. If you still on a learning phase for the project you are working with, make sure you do analyze and you know how to execute your plans so investors will not be disappointed and that project can be good.
These are still new in this market and yes they have a good potential but I don’t see every project will get a good attention in this market so choose the best one. it is very difficult to say what the effect will be.The halving is not so soon and the market may not be stable,as we can see lately.Already in the summer there will be a halving for Litecoin and it will be possible to predict how it will work for Bitcoin.I think there will be a price increase, as many are waiting for this.
There’s no assurance for a positive effect of halving but many are still optimistic simply because of the past trend of Halving with Bitcoin which turns into a bull market before so many hopes the same thing again. With LTC, that could be a good halving as well and it will surely affect its value this year. It will be a lot of documents for you to get listed since the exchanges will also open a wallet for that specific token so they wanna make sure that they are getting the right information and I’m talking about good exchanges here which also requires a huge fees. Well, some exchanges didn’t mind that much as long as you pay for the fees and that’s why many get listed easily, and as you can see those tokens who get listed at small exchanges don’t have much volume. |

I just hold small value of SHIB, so selling it right now might not be a good idea and even if I don’t expect that much from SHIB, I still hold this just to make sure not to miss anything when the price started to pump. $5 - $10 with a capital of $1000 on a daily basis is already good enough for me. The risk is too low and I don't have to make a lot if I do day trading.
I have seen folks that do trade with such huge capital and then try to achieve more than the capital and that's the riskier thing to do.
But as someone who wants to take lesser risk, I'll just take the easy way of not expecting a lot and not trying hard for me to have a simple and easier goal as I day trade.
This could be more ideal and realistic because in trading, having a huge capital doesn’t guarantee any big profits sometimes you have to set your goal lower so you can achieve it. Try to start from this level and you’ll realize that all you need to do is to be more consistent and compute that for a month you might probably earn more compare to your capital.
