Hey,
I went ahead and purchased a part of Ultibits group buy for for a miner. Now I feel like i've been scammed. They quit responding to my emails and I cannot get any additional information from them.
I purchased in the group buy, from my mtgox account. They require that you prove that it was you, by somehow signing the transaction. Because it came from an mtgox account, I think that means I dont have control over any certain wallet.
Anyway, now i've sent them 1.2 btc and no confirmation that i'm part of the mining pool.
Advice on my next move?

Whew, we sorted everything out on Skype (with the cointerra site acting up on me) . Thanks for being understanding and sorry again for the delay! Thank god we got into the Jan Batch.

Does anyone know if there's an alternative way to contact John K?
Group Buyers that used his escrow service may end up missing their batch month and end up being put onto a different batch...
I've sent him 3 PM's and an email but no response.
If anyone knows his contact number or alternative contact please PM it to me.

There's so many options. Not really sure how to select.
How about if all escrow providers write a total amount of funds that they've escrowed and include the signatures so that we can look them up and confirm them to be true?
Please also include a link to your escrow service website if you have one.
The escrow service we select will be one that has a good service, high total escrowed amount and a good reputation.

The quote for the miner changes according on the exchange rate by bitpay ( http://cointerra.com/product/terraminer-iv-2ths-networked-miner-january-batch/) ,so I do not think I can give you an exact quote up to the point it is ordered. Hi John K We didn't know that we had to resend PM's. Is there any reason behind this that we should bear in mind so that we can communicate more effectively with you? We have communicated with bobsag3 and pushed him to contact you immediately. If you're using escrow or planning on it, it's not a requirement but we do prefer if you can email us with your txID, payout address and signature details for your payout address (and payment address if its different) as well. That way we can back your case better in future if there is a problem as well as manage the billing and customer service better. Well, seems like Cointerra is the best alternative for the time being  They've got all kinds of exciting things going on for them, just recently partnered for liquid cooling which will save some $$ on hosting |

I see several people have pledged to buy shares. Does that mean that they haven't paid anything towards their shares? If so when do you plan on collecting the payments? Do you plan to order the miner once funds have been collected or have you already ordered it? Did I read the first post correctly you have 10 shares paid for and another 25 pledged? I apologize for bombarding you with questions...

Edit: I was reading this earlier on my phone and yes I know I had this all confused (I'm a jackass). I have answered most of my own questions by reading the thread and going to your website. This seems like a pretty good deal, I'll be honest I am stretched a little thin because of some other group buys but I am going to see what I can put together and try and get at least 2 shares. By the way I am in Austin Tx where Cointerra is based and what this means I don't know but I felt the need to share. I'll be in touch...
