61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is DEAD on: December 22, 2017, 12:02:17 PM
If you are referring to this correction, it doesn't indicate the death of Bitcoin. I'd like to address the ever-increasing pending transactions though.

I just checked and man, it is unbelievable. I wonder if people would wait for a week just to get their transactions confirmed. That would really suck and make Bitcoin look bad.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run is coming soon on: December 22, 2017, 11:55:31 AM
There's nowhere to go but sideways or up after this correction of course. After all, we've got great analysts to hype the public.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest when broke? on: December 22, 2017, 11:45:22 AM
It's simply impossible to invest when broke lol. Try to get a job first and then invest.  Roll Eyes

I don't get it, is Bitcoin planning to do another fork? Haven't read it anywhere as I tried searching.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you invest $30000 into Cryptocurrency? on: December 22, 2017, 10:55:08 AM
I would obviously not bet all of it at once nor would I place it in one coin. There's too much at stake if so. Bitcoin is of course still the number one investment pick as opposed to most alt coins.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is everyone "Cashing out" on: December 22, 2017, 10:36:39 AM
While some say hold your position in hopes that prices would start climbing again soon, the word 'hope' is the main problem here. We can't base our decision on emotion and it would be best to preserve our funds so we can gain another day of trading.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are they afraid of bitcoin? on: December 19, 2017, 11:01:51 AM
You would be afraid to but Bitcoin if you're looking at current prices. Only those who bought earlier on are smiling right now.
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: December 19, 2017, 10:55:49 AM
This wasn't the promised "low fee" + "fast transaction times", but we have to consider the congestion and that security is still top priority for Bitcoin.
but still they should stick to the promises they made before, bitcoin's transaction fees are very expensive right now and who knows in the future it will become worst as there are many people entering the blockchain.

That, I'd have to agree. I honestly thought they had a temporary solution via Segwit, but nothing noticeable seemed to have changed apart from the fork.

70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: December 14, 2017, 01:38:39 PM
I´ve been trading since many years in Forex, and now I'm in love with crypto. Yes when you have a huge lose its hard psicologically, what you should do is first of all take notes of what happened and why. And later take a week without trading only having a look at the market, maybe you can trade in a demo but not in real for one week.

I too would take notes of what happened during my losing trades. Since all we can remember is the heightened feeling of disappointment, notes are there to keep our heads straight for the next 'battles' to come.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: December 14, 2017, 01:22:38 PM
Trading is great for those (a few) who know how to manage their losses. Otherwise, investing is the safest way to go for most people.
72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: December 14, 2017, 01:14:32 PM
I don't believe in building wealth through gambling. Yes, a few people got rich from it, but it's just not for everyone. My only advice, be sure to strictly manage your losses.
