Personally I would want to hodl some which I believe in their long term for there long term worth and a lot of them for their short term gains.

I think right now is the best time to invest. With the present bull run I would advise you jump on the wagon now before it's more priced.

I think recently investors are drown back from investing basically because of the market situation. I believe if market is better soonest, investors will continue investing in icos.

The basic reason for most decline in price of altcoins is because of the decline in price of bit coin. If only bitcoin don't have that much dominance, a lot of altcoins would be doing fine.

It is almost impossible to say when the market will start rising. TA can only give you a possibility but not certainty in the analysis.

Reporting scam won't help you get your payment for the job done, unfortunately. Also the bounty manager is often without a fault, and gets scammed just like you, so just patiently wait and see.

Well nobody can really say for sure when the market will actually recover to what it use to be. It could be sooner than that or later.
