First contract wasn't more clear than the new one. see for yourself :

It never mention that the portion of the hardware is proportionnal to the total number of bond sold, it's just a portion.
Also the inscrease is guaranted ... but not how much so if he add just 1 MH/s he fills his contract.

I think lots of ppl including me didn't read the first contract carefully enough. The new contract is not there to screw us, he could have done this with the old one

So first of all sorry for my emotionnal and badly written english (this is not my mothertongue).
After a little break to think and read the contracts more carefully ( the capped one, the new one and also the first page aka IPO ) the only way we get screwed is if we stay with the old contract. All the old contracts never guarantied more than 100MH/bonds, there was a trust agreement that the new hardware will be added but nothing contractual.
So if you stay with the old contract he will use his right to fullfil this contract and give you the minimum hashrate and stay in the legal bonds or you go with the new contract and can benefit of the bonus that will be the hashrate shared between new contractors for the new hardware (but lab_rat cannot say that in thoses terms to avoid klegal pressure). I know we paid for it but he just clarify his situation, and hopes we jump to the new contracts.
We are in the same boat ( perhaps leaking a bit) but nothing changed that much.


BTW i'm a little bit drunk, not a big shareholder (45 shares) so if you wanna respond or troll i'm open ^^ but tomorrow i'll have a headache so i will not be that much sympathic

So if i understand well... to be legal the continual increase of hashrate has to be a "bonus" and only the new contractors will benefit from it?
But ... this bonus is not tide with anything as in the contract so we just have to trust you that its the added hashpower ?

I should have been greedy too and didn't return the extra dividends and sold my "contracts" directly ...
Lab_rat can you give a a way to go out of this mess ? are you planning to buy back contracts something like IPO price - dividends ? (if you don't got the BTC refund your BFL crap)

Why the refund option didn't existed when we "switched" from proportionnal to fixed hashrate ? and how much do you value the "new" contract that is it possible to refund ?

personaly I use slush's pool, perhaps the fee are a little bit high but the reliability is great. for idle miner I use alerts on minepeon (I use a raspberry pi to control the miner). I have a way smaller installation than you but you can try
