So you like big caps (TOP 20). So i think you want a reasonable reward/low risk portfolio.
40% of one coin is way to much. so we need do diversify. your coins seems ok, but maybe you need to rethink a little bit.

first of all:

- do you know your coins very well? i am not an expert in ADA, but they are new and have no working product? Do you think the mcap is justified atm? do you think 0,03 cent + is justified for a coin 31,396,146,174 coinsupply and its increasing (siacoin)? Do you really think ETH can have double its mcap without that btc is increasing? Thats very important because you want win BTC, or?

-  Is it true, that the IOTA wallet doesnt work?! I am not a ADA /SC /IOTA/ ETh hater or something, but thats makes the risk/reward for look bad me.

- which coins do you  think will be next year in the top 20? The same one like today? which ones can you give 10x against BTC?

- maybe you should consider to diversify in 40 % highcaps (xrp, lsk, btc, xmr, omg, kyber) , 40 % midcaps (ardr, xlm, strat, sys, kmd) , 20% lowcaps (shift, lbc)?

I think that it's a bit late to go in Ripple now that it is at an all time high. The central foundation could always issue more tokens, lessening the value of existing ones too. It's kinda risky to hold it if your entry price was high in my opinion.

40% Xrp to 40% Stratis ( next year you should be thankful for that)
Change Cardano to something else 15% Omisego
4% iota to Qtum
Get rid of Sia
Add 1% Wtc
1% Neo ( i dont like this coin , its all about hype ,but lets ride the hype train i guess )
