i think that comparison is not an easy one to answer as one exist in the physical world and one is virtual , bitcoins is the virtual equivalent of gold .They do share a lot of similarities as in limited supply being the one that jumps out at you.i would call it a draw.
For whatever it is worth, I appreciate your reflection! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Surprisingly enough, tiny Estonia is doing quite well in this area. They have a very tech-friendly government that is willing to allow for innovations like blockchain technology for healthcare, banking services, etc. Here's an interesting article about the top countries for BTC: http://[Suspicious link removed]/BTCFriendlyCountries Enjoy! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thank you, for the share! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Has the recent bank restrictions on buying crypto with credit cards affected ICO success?

The ICO's number of participants isn't a problem for the ICO team since the more people are being lured into their project the more advertisement they can get and it would be great for the project to have a good run in the Token Sale. As for us, bounty hunters would have a smaller amount in our pocket since there is only a fixed price of tokens allotted in the campaign. So therefore, the main solution for this problem is picking an ICO which has a potential rather than joining an ICO that has too many participant's lured in it.

According to my point of view Japan ,USA,Singapore ,Australia, and some other countries that are financially sound accepts Bitcoin with both their hands Bitcoin is used for everyday life the studies about bitcoins gives a clear picture that these countries has been treated Bitcoin as money . Bitcoin traders and investors will not be taxed for purchasing and selling Bitcoin through regulated exchanges in these countries .There are several countries that accepts Bitcoin as a digital currency .
Hi, and thank you for bringing up the taxation vs no taxation aspect! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I will choose those countries where I can use bitcoin everywhere.Because now i am using bitcoin from a country where I need to convert bitcoin to fiat first. And it's really tough for me to convert it because no one is really aware of bitcoin. So I need to go through a hassle for converting it to fiat. That's why I will choose a country where I can use bitcoin freely. From that I think China will be best country for using bitcoin.I heard that in china bitcoin is very popular and people can use bitcoin everywhere.
Thank you for pointing out the aspect of having or not having to convert through Fiat!

I paid for a $130 USD meal in South Korea using Bitcoin Cash BCH. It was a suprisingly smooth experience. The merchants know exactly what to do and what to expect during the payment process.
Was really impressed.
Thank you for sharing your experience! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

personaly, I think is Japan. Japan is the largest bitcoin market in the world. Japan passes a law to accept bitcoin as legal payment method so japan can be considered as best country for bitcoin use. Japan is growing crazy right now with cryptocurrency. The reason this is possible is because of all of the new regulations going into effect in Japan.
Thank you for your answer!

I think bitcoin can survive in many countries if it is to survive, but it is hard to come to a conclusion as it is best to use because in some countries, such as China, many are involved in bitcoin, but the Chinese government does not support it , Which led to China's bitcoin holders can not go public view. Other countries may be slightly better than China.
Thank you for your answer!
