We are pleased to announce the next phase of SilentNotary's development based on brand new goals and objectives.
Over the past few months, we have been developing all the necessary infrastructure required for furthering SN's aims and objectives. We're finally ready to present the next stage of SN development by creating the SN Consilium.
What is SN Consilium?
SN Consilium is an integration of the blockchain into IDL DAG network for the certification of event records. This means that transactions coming from SN system will be processed by the nodes included in SN Consilium, replacing Ethereum and eliminating the need to pay for transaction fees in ETH. More than that you can use SN Consilium by special created Ubikiri interface.
General parameters of SN Consilium:
1. The amount of SNTR tokens for launching the node is at least 300 million tokens.
2. Transaction processing fee - the total cost of writing is 1 kb of information to the IDL registry for the entire network.
3. The distribution of the commissions received is made between holders of notarial nodes in proportion to the amount of frozen SNTR tokens.
Note: we are not changing the general scheme of the SilentNotary project. We are focusing on the use of legally defined mechanisms by switching to a legally-compliant network through the help of IDL network.

It wasn't mentioned in the main post, but you can see the link on their website. You might want to check it out  Yes, just press the telegram logo on their website and you can join their discussion. However, they should update also this thread from time to time with their latest developments. The price has really decline a lot already. Their use cases are really great but maybe they are finding it difficult in the adoption area. If there is a good demand of their application, their coin value might start to increase and not in continuous downward performance.
