We will not payout a ransom to DD4BC to stop the attack. As a random user who just wanted to test your site, I don't think the DDOS is of my business. All I did was just deposited a few btcs to test it out, and only a few minutes later I could not withdraw them, and waited for more than 20 hours. Hope you can solve that in no more than 24 hours as promised. We understand DDoS is none of your business. It's unfortunate the timing of your withdrawal was with the admin being away and the DDoS happening just as I was about to come online. Most of our withdrawals are instant or within an hour. Our site is only days old, and we plan to set up a backup withdraw system so that we can still process withdrawals when the site is offline. How long does a manual withdrawal take?
Most withdrawals are instant although some are manual at the moment as we are still only days old and are making sure there are no bugs. Please allow 24 hours. This will speed up in the future to reach instant for all withdrawals. Sorry for any trouble It would be good if there's a deposit and withdrawal history. |
