I wait since 22.12.2018 on the credit of my deposit of 15000 DogeCoin. These are visible in the blockchain, including my wallet DPSYHbNTtUivqGiSaQJLJ28ijRMpo1sm3G on Cryptonator. >>> !!! DO NOT go to Cryptonator, you will NOT get help with any problems and will lose your money! I have been waiting for more than 50 days for my money !!

Well, afterwards you are always smarter. I had many different coins in an online wallet, thought that would be a good idea. Now I have the coins all in my own wallets at home. But I would also like to have my 15000 back.

Macht es Sinn beim Absender der Einzahlungen (Litebit und Antpool) nachzufragen, könnten die helfen? Gibt es noch andere Ansprechpartner/Wege als das Support Ticket bei cryptonator.com? Hallo, ich bin noch nicht so lange dabei und bin nun etwas Ratlos. Ich habe in die Online Wallet bei cryptonator dot com einige verschiedene Coins eingezahlt, getauscht und ausgezahlt. Hatte schon mal den Support angeschrieben wegen der PPC Wallet, die viele Tage lang offline war. Eine Antwort hatte ich nicht bekommen, aber inzwischen war dann die Wallet wieder online. Aktuell vermisse ich zwei Einzahlungen, 15000 Doge vom 2017-12-22 und eine kleine Litecoin Einzahlung vom 29.12. Zusätzlich kann ich meine vorhandenen Doge von der Wallet nicht mehr auszahlen, der PIN wird immer als Falsch bemängelt, obwohl der korrekt ist. Die LiteCoin und Doge Einzahlungen kann ich jeweils im blockchain explorer sehen, sie werden aber nicht in der Online Wallet sichtbar, nicht mal als "Pending". Die Support Anfrage bei Cryptonator ist mehr als eine Woche her, ohne das ich eine Antwort bekommen habe. Was kann ich tun um an meine Coins zu kommen? Danke für eure Antworten Viele Grüße SanHe
