62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: January 18, 2019, 05:21:44 PM
I participated in bounty campaign of a promising project.
That was almost a year ago.
And I have these coins in my wallet so far.
I hurt that people think so badly about us. But this is just our job. And we want to get paid for it. Not the promises of developers.
We have the right to sell these coins. And everyone decides for himself whether he wants to sell or he wants to keep it.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where are the investors? on: January 18, 2019, 05:07:26 PM
We have too much scam projects for last year.
People are afraid to lose everything. The crypto market must cleaned from bad and scam projects. Then we will see new investors here i think.
Anyway, really good project can find investors and now. But it's hard. But if you have a ready-made product, and good idea. People will be interested.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto A Way To become Rich / Millionaire ? on: January 18, 2019, 04:42:15 PM
I see it as a problem.
Any way to interact with money can make you rich.
But you could become rich too quickly by cryptocurrency.
And people began to invest in cryptocurrency all that they had. And where are these people now? They are just waiting for the market to return. But what if this doesn't happen?
I don't know what people will do.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the king of all altcoins on: January 17, 2019, 09:30:48 AM
I do not fully understand what is happening with ETH.
It is very unstable lately. And the price of ETH rises and falls more than the price of BTC. (I'm talking about the percentage).
I think the next global ETH update will be very important for all ETH holders.
Will ETH be able to defeat the problems? Will the developers be able to prove that ETH is the 'king' of ICO still? I dont know.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who dump coins early; Bounty hunters or ICO investors? on: January 17, 2019, 08:57:58 AM
I am glad to see people began to understand how bounty hunters influence the price after the ICO.
(The answer — no way).
Bounty hunters get from 0.5 to 2% of the pool recently.
And these 2 percent can not affect the price.
I see one big reason for falling prices in last time.
Panic.
People are too afraid to lose everything lately.
Therefore, everyone (bounty hunters and investors) sell their coins immediately after listing on exchanges.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption: Don't just sit down, do something on: January 17, 2019, 08:37:08 AM
Your story inspires me.
But it's not simple as it seems for the first.
Firstlt, the use of cryptocurrency is illegal in many countries. What to do with it? To promote cryptocurrency and go to jail for it?
Secondly. It's difficult. Who would not say, but to use BTC or ETH for small transactions is stupid and meaningless. It is not suitable for this.
68  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hacker stole my funds from blockchain on: January 16, 2019, 06:32:33 PM
I'm sorry, mister.
But the blockchain.com will not be able to help you get your money back.
Check your PC. I am sure it has malware. Remove all. Check browser extensions. Check your browser history.
Perhaps you went to sites similar to blockchain.com.
Be extremely vigilant always.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are any of you paid your salary in crypto? What's it like? on: January 16, 2019, 05:55:53 PM
I do not understand you.
Why get paid in BTC is bad?
Is BTC volatile? Yes it is. But it is not so volatile that you could not transfer it to USD for several hours with heavy losses.
I think this is nonsense. If we have agreed on this amount in USD (or any other stable currency) - this is a very easy way to transfer money.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the obstacle of Bitcoin? on: January 16, 2019, 04:09:29 PM
Try to buy bread at a supermarket for your BTC.
You can not.
Here is the main problem of the popularity of BTC. Whoever says this is all a complicated and outdated way to transfer money. Private keys, exchanges, etc.
Usual people don't need and don't want it. BTC should be as easy to use as fiat money. Only then can we talk about the global use of BTC.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin investors more focus than altcoin investors? on: January 11, 2019, 12:33:02 PM
This is not surprising. Alternative cryptocurrencies appear and disappear every day.
People have too many sources of information and investment opportunities. The process of investing in alternative cryptocurrencies speaks of the desire for quick (and not stable) earnings.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Perspective about HODL. on: January 11, 2019, 12:14:59 PM
Lol. Thanks for this story dude. HODL is already a meme for the all crypto community. And it's very good to know the history of this meme.
So from one little typo was born what is used by thousands of people around the world. I do not want to talk now about the advantages and disadvantages of the holding strategy. This is only choice of everyone in this forum. But the story is cool, thank you.

74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Our future with Crypto on: January 10, 2019, 08:05:21 AM
The banking system is not perfect. It is slow, expensive. But, for now, I see no other way out.
Show me a cryptocurrency, which I can pay at the supermarket in seconds for some products. BTC? It is also expensive and time-consuming.
I see cryptocurrency can replace the banking system. But not now.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peoples truly believe A LOT in Bitcoin on: January 10, 2019, 07:10:34 AM
To be honest, I think you are mistaken. Few people believe that the BTC will be the "king" of cryptocurrency forever. Many of us see bitcoin's problems. We recognize them. And we understand that sooner or later, BTC will stop to be the first cryptocurrency. But for now,  people have too much faith of BTC. And this is still the most stable coin.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US or China: Who do you think will legalize bitcoin first? on: January 10, 2019, 06:45:43 AM
I think none of them legalize cryptocurrencies. Because it can kill the country's economy.
On the other hand, China or America can create an allied cryptocurrency. Of course, this will have little to do with decentralized cryptocurrencies. But I see it possible. And I see the possible introduction of blockchain technology into the country's economy.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a better store of value than gold on: January 10, 2019, 06:42:29 AM
I do not agree with you.
Your private key may be stolen. You can lose it. What then will be the evidence?
Gold is an excellent means of storing your funds. You must be VERY rich in order for your gold to inconvenience you in storage.
And do not forget that gold is a more stable means of storage, in contrast to the BTC.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why So Bloody Hard to Buy Crypto? on: January 09, 2019, 03:36:15 PM
There are several reasons for this.
For the first, people really do not trust cryptocurrencies. They consider it something strange, almost illegal.
Secondly, it is not so easy to buy a cryptocurrency, in fact.
You can't just go to a store and buy it like bread. You need to go to the exchange. Register there, pass the verification, etc. It is difficult for an ordinary person.
Third, people do not need it. They live well without BTC. So why should they buy it?
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cannot Die. It is Impossible. Under Any Circumstances. on: January 09, 2019, 12:07:21 PM
Bitcoin is an idea. You're right.
But why do we need this idea if nobody uses it?
BTC may die. But it can die as a tool, as a cryptocurrency. But the idea of BTC itself will never die, here you are right.
But this is not a guarantee of the success of BTC. There are many different ideas. But nobody uses it. And it can be considered dead. BTC can have the same path.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Banks on: January 09, 2019, 11:26:32 AM
If banks integrate BTC into their systems, it will be usual money.
Perhaps it will have a different name. But we will lose the idea of cryptocurrency. The idea of decentralization and anonymity of wallets.
On the other hand, maybe we will see a new kind of banks. And these banks will be able to embody the idea of cryptocurrency and banks in one system as it should.
