Still on that mintpal bandwagon? Like I have already stated. This coin is toxic until the 20% coin issue is resolved. What do you think getting on mintpal is going to do for this coin? No serious trader is going to touch this coin wondering if he's going to get dumped on by a 200 million surprise. People already know where to buy this coin and they're staying away. Why do you think the price is so low? It's not because of posts I made. It's because nobody's buying the story about the hard drive and the 200 million coins. Mintpal won't help this coin at all. Start demanding answers about the status of those 200 million coins. Don't worry the dev can't do anything to you and they won't be giving out anymore coins so you have nothing to lose. I wouldn't worry about lost 200 mil coins as dev has already cleared that these are permanently blocked and also everyone can check the status of wallet. Those who don't trust should leave this thread instead of bad mouthing or cursing dev. People who trust this coin they are busy voting or trying to help in other ways. It'd be great if Adriano and dev can figure out a way to subtract the 200 mil coins to reflect the accurate number of coins in circulation on Coinmarketcap.com. |

Is that a way change the ticker symbol back to C2? NC2 sounds been defeated and accept what it is and restart. Remain C2 symbolize stand strong and not defeated. Convenient to keep all the pass records online and data also sending a message business as usual after the storm.
Much easier to notice trading symbol C2. 'N' is almost right in the middle of the alphabet...harder to stand out and find as more new coins come to market. |

Do you guys want us to open trading on Polo and Bittrex or wait for Bter? If it opens on Bittrex and Polo now, it would prob open higher on Bter. Just my two cents

Bter has been notified that we are switching but they havent answered yet. They willl likely open in 3-4 hours. Bittrex, and Polo will open now if we want them to. Still have 49999.50 C2 which Bter support promised to recredit my account....original withdrawal they sent me never was confirmed in the block chain. C2 isn't showing up in Bter account. Would it be possible to authorize Richie to add this amount to my Bittrex C2 wallet instead? Unfortunately no, im sorry. What if Bter support doesn't get back to me in time before the change over? I followed the instructions they gave me but wasn't able to access the withdrawal transaction ID since they'd disabled C2 withdrawals. You will be fine. Take a deep breathe. Why? What happen with bter? According to last posts i was holding my coins in bter as you told not to do anything, Now what will happen to that coin? Bter blocked withdraw also which once told will be unfreez for transfer, Am i lost? Withdrew from Bter several weeks ago. C2 arrived in my local wallet but were never fully confirmed. |

OK, this has been mentioned multiple times, so let's just do it. I'm going to form a SWARM team devoted to the promotion of COMM. Members who are willing to comment or upvote articles, posts, videos, etc. in order to promote COMM should apply. So many factors influence the value and price of new coins:
1. Name
2. Number of coins released
3. How the coin is distributed
4. Innovative features
5. Strength of community
For a coin to have long term value it eventually needs to be used by merchants to buy real goods and services.

+1 I´m also waiting for approval to second distribution round, is there anything i can do to speed it up? Also, i want to donate 20k for the multipool if my application gets approved. same here. That second list is bullshit imo. I asked a lot of times if dev needed my services for graphics in this topic and even Pmed the guy (check my sig) and NEVER got any response I've been trying to help out other people too and told some of my friends to join the coin. I also feel I deserve a stake more than others, but the dev seems to think differently. Stay the course. I was also passed over during 2nd round distribution as well even though I was on the list. - Introduced 5-6 friends on the forum to COMM - PM'd Richie of Bittrex to get COMM listed and trading - Even lost 0.2 BTC trying to buy more COMM from an early stakeholder Good things happen when you stay positive and continue adding value. Truth is there are so many different ways we can double our COMM holdings...being added to the second distribution is just one way. How you lost 0.2 BTC , someone cheated you? Yea, seems so. There is always possibility of that if trade is based only on trust. I bought also without exchange site, but I decided to buy in a small chunks, 0.01BTC for example. So, then you loose only one partition of trade volume +1 If a coin isn't trading on an exchange yet best to use a reputable escrow service or buy in multiple stages to minimize loss. Stay away from those with negative trader ratings. I made the mistake of trusting the one successful COMM trade he'd completed earlier in the thread. Sometimes scammers build up their trader rating then leave someone holding the bag...in this case it was me. |

Even with those coins dumped, strong community can get the coin up from ashes.
And regarding mentioned things, I admit, that here is lack of transparency. But I hope everything's turn to good.
Let's wait Adriano from his rest, maybe he can help with implementation of hard code. I don't know if he is familiar not only with web development coding.
No disrespect to Adriano, but his suggestion is already tried and failed. Read more about, how/why this fix was failed for another coin here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436750.0The dev can take a backup and later import it into another brand new wallet which would allow you to transfer these coins again bypassing the lock restrictions.. or according to the eTok devs, there is a way to get rid of the lock. The dev is actually taking the community for a ride here and you guys are just following it. The dev wanted someone from the community to fix this so that he thinks everyone will fall for it. Prepare for the big dump guys. I am sorry to see this coin die this way, because of a greedy dev, after offering so much potential. I somehow think there will be enough collective intelligence and motivation in the stakeholders of this coin to overcome whatever technical issues eTok had. I haven't read all 45 pages, but is there someone here who already has proper insight into the eTok case, and knows: why their fix didn't work (still allowed transfers that should have been blocked); whether that problem would also apply to this coin's case; and what are the other options for preventing those coins being spent? The last option would be start a new blockchain, mint the coins and exchange old COMM for the new ones... This exchange could be done automatically but the setup of the new blockchain would require additional effort. Anyway, there is always an option. This is the Community Coin so everyone in the community is responsible for it. Adriano Good idea. If you decide to take this route I highly recommend working with Bittrex. They've done a terrific job working with C2's dev team to exchange old C2 coins to the new POS C2 --strengthening security of the overall network. |

Last night I agreed to purchase 1 million COMM for 0.2 BTC from 'SANBASHIYI'. Having read very positive reviews from senior members who'd done business with SANBASHIYI I made the mistake of not using an escrow service. Everything went smoothly and SANBASHIYI even acknowledged receiving the funds. His last reply was "OK WAIT A MINUTE"...then he was gone. We are starting COMM off on a good base of Founder Members, many of whom well understand the nature of this revolution. There will always be knaves, thieves and argumentative people (this is a pretty public space, after all)... COMM is aiming to exclude them as much as possible in the early stages.
