Information regarding their project which will be parsed via a 1-to-1 chat on Telegram. Not everyone may benefit from my Service, so I reserve the right to quickly research whether or not the project is legitimate and/or serious. I will demand general information, but will also perform an identity verification of key people via Linkedin and a verification of the registered company behind the project. Not sure whether I understand you due to the full caps, but your referral income could be easily blacklisted if the manager decides to take action against a piece of shit like you. I would open-heartedly deny you the rewards if I were a manager.

No way am I working for free for a couple of projects, fuck that. I agree that people might be rather hesitant to pay somebody inexperienced, but my bet is on a couple of things I will showcase in my service announcement thread. I already have a template bounty thread, a template spreadsheet and a really well-defined set of rules.

While I was researching how other bounty managers started their service, I found absolutely horrible services, with shitty designs and bad English, getting 2-3 projects in the matter of days after their entrance on the market. If those people could do it, I will easily outperform them.

I have yet to kick off my service, just polishing the last rough edges. It's been 3 interesting weeks, I'm dying to see what's ahead.

I see your point quite clearly, but only in a parallel universe where participants don't tweet and retweet about 15 ICOs a day. That is the main issue.

The second issue is that nobody can effectively gauge the effectiveness of the advertising provided by a twitter / facebook account due to the lack of knowledge about the people's interest regarding cryptocurrencies. If Bob isn't into crypto, he will surely not start researching about an entirely different world just to invest in an ICO.
