61  Economy / Services / Re: I need a graphic desinger to edit 1 image on: December 03, 2014, 09:01:40 AM

Considering that OP wants the job done before Dec 1, and hasn't logged in his account since Nov 30, I would assume the offer is taken already.
62  Economy / Digital goods / Re: PrimeDice Strategy - 15 BTC Winnings in 24 Hrs - Limited Release on: December 03, 2014, 08:51:30 AM
im just going to assume based on dooglus response on his neg feedback on your trust, that this is really sketch.

he even provides a image link to a martingale format..

I got greedy, strayed from the system completley, rollercoastered up and down between 12-35 BTC profit a few times, chased losses and busted.

I should have stuck with what got me to 35 BTC at one point, but greed took over (as it can).

Its ok, Ill get back. Smiley

CD

I hope you do realize that your strategy doesn't really give you an advantage against the house. It is more likely for you to go further down than to go back up even if you follow your system.
Anyway good luck to you.

64  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] LTCGear Shares At .00059 BTC per share. on: December 03, 2014, 08:22:43 AM
PM me if interested.  Any quantities.

Reputable escrow acceptable or we can split the transaction into small amounts.

First, you should move your thread to "digital goods" section.
Second, you have a competitor selling at a lower price of 0.00055. You can find the thread in "digital goods".
65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Too much info! on: December 03, 2014, 08:19:15 AM
Bitcoin has a steep learning curve. It took me more than a day to just understand the very basics (create a wallet, send a transaction, make a backup, etc), and much longer time for me to really understand how bitcoin works under the hood.

As a newbie, you just need to start by learning the basics using those great links posted already, and leave those complicated stuff and jargon behind at this moment.
66  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think 1.00 BTC will worth more than $10,000.00 USD at any time in 2015? on: December 03, 2014, 08:11:14 AM
without mtgox bitcoin is no longer the same. it will be very difficult to reach such large increases

Are you suggesting that the previous uprising trend was mainly due to the willy bot on mtgox?
Or are you suggesting the bankruptcy of mtgox has hurt the image of bitcoin so badly that it is hard to have another uprising trend?
67  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is bitcoin having real value? on: December 03, 2014, 08:05:17 AM

I can exchange my bitcoin for USD or Euro easily.
I can spend my bitcoin on numerous products and services, from multinational corporations and from small local shops.

Why would it have no real value? Smiley
68  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is bitcoin having real value? on: December 03, 2014, 07:59:06 AM
hello i ahve doubt i.e bitcoins are distributed freely for mining

Mining costs a lot of money: electricity costs, hardware costs and so on.  The difficulty is rising, you will need to buy new hardware every so often. This is anything but free.

I have one question. What will happen to bitcoin when all will be mined? Then there will be only need for some infrastructure to deal with network maintenance and flow of coins.

There will still be bitcoin mining when block reward becomes zero and miners will then earn only tx fees.
Also, I expect big bitcoin holders will keep mining even at loss to support the network.
69  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is a blockchain.info wallet in Tor browser secure? on: December 03, 2014, 07:53:31 AM
I don't know much about Tor, so here is my question. If I use the .onion site to access my blockchain.info wallet, is my bitcoin safe against attacks on exit nodes?
70  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: question related to Escrow. on: December 03, 2014, 07:41:15 AM
If I wanted to use escrow by him, would I just pm him once I've come to an agreement with a buyer? Also, how much do they usually charge for escrow?

Yes.  Once an agreement is worked out on the terms of the transaction, you can send a PM to the escrow provider that you both agree to use.  Include all relevant details.  Then the escrow provider should confirm their understanding of the transaction with both parties and provide a bitcoin address where they will hold the bitcoins until authorized to release the bitcoins to you.

A friendly reminder: You need to be very careful with the PM from the escrow provider.
I have heard more than one case that someone received a fake PM from an imposer and they carelessly sent the their bitcoin to the imposer's address.

Safest bet always when it comes to crypto is just to BUY AND HODL Bitcoin, but if you must trade, trade on a reputable site like Cryptsy, Bitstamp, BTC-E or the link on my signature, Bit-x:

https://bit-x.com/

As always, only invest in what you can afford to lose, don't go overboard!  Good luck.
I'd suggest you to buy now and hold for 3 months.
While holding, browse this forum and get some more knowledge.

Try avoiding ponzi schemes, gambling.

Follow the advice in those two posts and I'd suggest sticking more to the latter for now.., stay away from exchanges until you you've gotten a good handle on just how volatile crypto markets are.

Very true. Just take a look at https://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/bitstamp/btcusd and you can see how crazy the bitcoin market is. It could go up 10 times within 2 months, or it could go down 50% within a month.
72  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My btc has been robbed? on: December 03, 2014, 07:27:11 AM
If I read it correctly, OP's problem originated from a XCP bug back in April which leaked a list of private keys, and OP lost his fund because of reusing that compromised bitcoin address. So now there is one more reason we should never reuse our address apart from privacy issue .
73  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which Bitcoin Exchange do you use and why ? on: December 03, 2014, 07:12:35 AM
I use btce. The exchange owners are anonymous, but my trades there went through fine.
74  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cointellect on: December 03, 2014, 07:09:04 AM
Legit and it's paying right now, started on August 2014, Ends at i don't know, but not scam
my Blockchain Bitcoin Wallet balance isn't touched at all, no loss of money, instant payments by your preferred cryptocurrency, nope, no sign of scam at all right now
by the way, i want to send proof of my Withdrawns but how to insert a picture on my post in here  ?

Yes, I know it's paying but here's the thing I've got.

As the guy stated above me, I was getting dogecoins even I didn't have internet for 4 days (scary huh? 4 days without the internet).
Also, I've started the mining software and ran it for an hour maybe then turned it off and I still got the same amount of doge when I ran that software on 100% the whole night.

Well then it is pretty clear that "mining software" isn't really mining at all, and the question is why would someone want you to run the program on your machine. It is a big red flag IMHO.
75  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Free Introductory Course On Bitcoin - By Andreas Antonopoulos on: December 03, 2014, 06:48:09 AM

76  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: wallet security on: December 03, 2014, 06:37:13 AM
i was reading something about wallets with outgoing transactions are less safe?

so if i use my wallets it is less safe. what is best wallet?

Bitcoin on address (not wallet) with outgoing tx is theoretically less safe as its public key (not private key) becomes public.
So it is better to never re-use address. It gives you slightly better security and more privacy.
77  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Game for Android? on: December 03, 2014, 06:34:03 AM
Here is another bitcoin game https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=854956.0. I don't play it though.
78  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for the best bitcoin exchange? on: December 03, 2014, 06:09:32 AM
I haven't read the reviews in details yet, but it seems a bit strange to see the "top 10 list" on http://bestcoinexchange.com/ is different from the "top 10 list" on http://bestcoinexchange.com/top-10-best-bitcoin-exchanges/.
79  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin mixing vs Bitcoin exchange. on: December 03, 2014, 06:05:03 AM
Some mixing services take this one step further because not even the site owner knows the link between the old address and the new one. I remember reading somewhere that Bitmixer.io permanently deletes records of its users' transactions after several hours.

You are right, at least that is what Bitmixer claims to do.

Quote
What logs are kept?
Absolutely no logs or personally identifying information are kept regarding your use of the Bitmixer service. All logs are permanently removed from both our website database and from our Bitcoin wallet after your coins have been transferred out of our reserve. All forwarding entries are removed after 12 hours.
80  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Small - Joining the Bitcoin Community!! on: December 03, 2014, 05:59:17 AM
Instead of thinking to grow the bitcoin, I would rather just keep my bitcoin safe in my wallet. It is just too easy IMO to lose bitcoin through lending and investing.
