Both coin has their own potential, ETH got first mover advantage because it's an older coin while if I'm wrong BNB start their own chain last year. Both coin can create an asset on the blockchain, BNB however will develop a decentralized exchange that may allow the token that migrate to BNB chain get listed. If I have to choose which to one to invest, I would probably go to BNB

I think you should have a copy of this thread on "Beginners Guide" so new trader can apply these method and stop losing money. I never read any of those trading book, thanks for the recommendation I will try to read it for the betterment of my trading skills. Slick thread btw!

Today is mark as the day when Bitcoin can be truly useful in real life. I know it not very "sexy", but the man who bought pizza is the stepping stone of Bitcoin. I once heard that on that day transaction could take hours, because the network is not really strong but today that transaction could done in a minutes.

There are no such thing trading without losses, even the greatest trader sometime must cut loss and that's the key, CUT LOSS. In trading you must put your target on gain and risk, if it reach at your risk target then cut your losses don't hodl. Move on to another coin to make profit and cover that loss, that's how you should trade in crypto.

Of course you will stress if you look at the price/portfolio every second. Don't stop trading, change your strategy into different way. If now you use 1 day frame change it into week or maybe decrease it into 5 min.

Well first of all, I just really hope that bear market is really over and this is not a bull trap. Then, I wish every trader/investor out there learn their lesson after 1,5 years of bear market. For me I have to learn it the expensive way by losing all of my profit, so next time I will sell at my target and I hope greed won't stop me this time  |

More than zero is not profit, if you deduct your electricity cost and your investment in rig that slightly more than zero will become minus hence you loss your investment. So yes it's better to turned your rigs off compare with losing your money.

You get quite decent rigs there, but if you compete with other people who has ASIC or hundred of GPUs you won't win. So I suggest to mine smart, find a new coin that you think has potential, take Veil for instance, with those GPUs you still can get profit because the hashrate is still relative small compare to Bitcoin.

Yeah I agree, look Grin as another example. Some miners manage to sell it for $200 a coin and I'm sure it give them a huge ROI from their mining investment and if you hold your mined coin the ROI is decreasing everyday so yeah mine coin only for short term is nice.

I always assume that ICO listing website is kinda bias, because some of the got paid to promote the ICO and the people behind it who analyze the ICO is not a really professional. Fundamental analysis has a thin line with subjective analysis, so better DYOR and trade at your own risk.

Don't put to much fund on Airdrops and Bounties, that's the core principle if you don't want your token/coin get dumped immediately after listed on exchange. The safer way is conducting ICO, investor rarely dump your token in the first place.

Haha no you are not cursed my friend, this also happen to a lot of people. I may experience this once or twice, but I learn the lesson. Try to use technical analysis before you sell and if you do want to sell do it on green candle not red one

I would call this a correction, is the people who bought at $3k-$4k who sold at this point to make some profit. A lot of good news coming ahead for Bitcoin just relax first maybe delete Delta/Blockfolio if you do not want to see red market.

Crowdholding? Never heard of that, I'm sure it has the same method of airdrop but instead of just follow and retweet stuff you must contribute to the community right? Is basically what DSTRA coin did, you might check this out.

Looking from the bull run on 2017-2018, altcoin usually will go up after Bitcoin finish it's bull run. You can see the metric from Bitcoin dominance, when bull run usually it goes up 60-70% and when altseason commence it goes down until 45%.

Satoshi create Bitcoin to create a financial independent. Most people translate this into becoming super rich and no need to go work anymore, this is WRONG. What Satoshi meant is to create a financial world that is independent that do not need to rely on third party (Bank or another financial institution) so put aside that "Way to get rich" mindset if you want to put your time and energy in this space.

Is definitely not everything we have technological and economical side in crypto. But price is what lure more people come to this space and give us more exposure and subsequently bring more builder to this space. Crypto development is vast and Bitcoin price has effect on that.

If you think that you are in good position and does not need a money in the near future, just hodl BNB that token have a bright future. They will deploy their own chain and the exchange will buy back the coin also. Just buy and forget about it for 1-2 years
