No matter what, the coin is already out. It wasnt pre-mined so there is no worry about the dev dumping the coin. User trenton has been working on development by himself for a while now. The community is what matters around a coin... if it does come to light that block_erupter scammed people, then we can take over the coin as a community. Why let one person sour a good thing? Just because it was his idea doesnt mean it cant continue forward and improve without him.

Only way to prove that is not him is to have him hold a local ohio newspaper with the date of january 8th, 2014 and writing in sharpie that he is block_erupter.

Please make sure to upgrade your frozen version before reaching block 77777! This is especially urgent for miners, as you will otherwise produce orphan blocks from block 77778 on! Make sure you back up your wallet.dat somewhere safe in the event your new wallet doesnt work properly. Unzip the files vor v1.1.0.6 and run the new frozen-qt.exe. It should sync with the network and your transactions/addresses should still be there. |

Why is everyone piling into this one pool? I can hardly get anything out of it now at this point with the equipment I'm using. Hey Block_Erupter there is a working frozen pool out there that you haven't posted on the front page. I've used this guys pools before and they're good. Here's the link: http://frz.smalltimeminer.com/index.php. Not really anyone in there right now but I'm hoping to change that! I've pointed a couple of my workers towards that pool. Hopefully a few more people jump on. |

@Datguy The difficulty is crazy high. Probably won't find much not CPU mining in a pool.

Is pool mining for this coin CPU only? With the current difficulty > 2700 better take a pool. Fyi, at difficulties around half that much you would make some blocks / day with a decent GPU, at difficulties less 1000 you can make a few blocks/day with a good CPU. You can't use a GPU to mine these pools though, right? I only get like 280kh out of my cpu, not really worth the extra heat on my cards. Correct, there is no GPU pool mining with Fz. |

Coin mine.pl/Fz is a good pool.
Block split happens in about 1.5 days!

GDDR6 has twice the bandwidth of GDDR5 and not to mention the shader increases in the cards. We will be seeing $500 cards @ 2mh/s each or even more.. at that time. I believe Alpha T's scrypt ASIC is real, but it will be no contest for the GPU's that get released in 2014

Until block 69774 right now are 3,489,700 FZ issued. This is about 50% of the total coins.
Please note: in a few days at block 77777 the block reward is reduced from 50 FZ to 25 FZ and will then steadily decline.
This should happen in about 68 hours or so! Better get to mining before the reward halves! |
