Is it working now?

Not a problem. UPNP is not required, but helps if you don't have the 30303 ports forwarded.

It uses UPNP like most of them. Best practice for any firewall is to enable UPNP on any local software firewall and also on your gateway firewall. Open port 30303 TCP and UPD and point it to your internal IP address via port forwarding.

With the pools I run this is how I am able to get 25 connected peers.

Best way because you aren't using the mining node version that allows you to enter the settings in the console is to add a config file to your %appdata%\Musicoin folder.

In notepad create a file called musicoin.conf with these settings:

Copy this to the %appdata%\Musicoin folder on your Windows PC. Make sure that the file is called musicoin.conf and not musicoin.conf.txt.

Restart the Musicoin-client.exe and it should sync up with the 10 nodes you have added.

Feel free to add more nodes as needed.

Not sure, I already submitted an app as we hit the exchange late yesterday. An exchange is a requirement to be listed with Coincap btw.

Can't find peers to sync?

Musicoin has set up some default nodes that you can try to connect as bootstrap nodes. Once connected, the console will start syncing automatically. In case you can't see syncing after a long time, you may have to add peer(s) manually.

In GMC console, add knowing peer with its enode information: > admin.addPeer("{enode info}")

You would need to download the GMC client or wallet and run it according to the instructions on the MyEtherWallet website.
Choose custom node and add the gmc client running with the command: gmc --rpc --rpccorsdomain "null" --keystore yourkeystorename

Check it out on the MyEtherWallet website, but it works similar to the MetaMask Chrome plugin and adding a custom node.

Rigname is not required.

Just use ethminer.exe --farm-recheck 200 -G -SP 1 -S musicoin.nomnom.technology:9999 -FS musicoin2.nomnom.technology:9999 -O <Your_Muscioin_Address> -p x

Is the new wallet available yet?

Hi everyone,

Just letting you all know because we have been hearing a lot of discussion about exchanges and trading.

We are working on vetting out exchanges currently. We should be listed soon and just ask for everyone's patience as we are currently looking into several exchanges.

We have several options but want to make the best possible decision on when and where the coin is released for trade.

Most exchanges want a listing fee or user votes and also to make sure that the project is a good one that they won't have to delist in a month.

Please let me know what exchanges everyone would like to see Musicoin listed on and I will add them to the list.
